Abilities
Utility can turn his arms into any weapon or tool here is a list of common ones:[/CENTER]
-Blade
-Hand Knife
-Gun
-Rope for swinging
-One arm as a rope and the other as a blade(normally scenes with this are similar to Attack on Titan)
-Spikes(for counter attacks and as a sheild)
-Shields
-Hacking device
-ect.

Utility can also make one hand have claws and turn the other into a wing for fast movement.

If things get really bad Utility will go into Full Body Symbiote for where he has: One big wing, a beak, three claws on one hand, a sword hand, and bird feet. this will kill him.

Weaknesses

-Utility's arms have a limit and an over use can put a strain on his body
-Because Utility's arms are an symbiote nothing he uses can be too long
-Utility doesn't actually have arms and if all of his symbiote is removed from one arm he will bleed out and die.

Story/Lore
Utility was once normal, but after signing up to do a test for a reward around 1,000,000 dollars he was changed forever. For the test the scientists removed his arms and put in a symbiote, this symbiote was made so that when it finds a host it would traval to the brain allowing for symbiote manipulation. The idea of the test was to find a way to treat patients who loose limbs. When the military heard of the tests they bought it so they could use it for military purposes. Utility is soldier A-11 of the Utility Division of the military a division of assassins that work for the military. His one and only purpose...kill.
