Also, ignore the name. It means nothing.

The blue stickman is what my RHG idea is going to look like. It may or may not change in the future.

There are 3 things i would suggest.
Firstly try animating in a higher fps, Its best when using flash. Most people use 24 fps.
Secondly, try working on the basics like a ball bouncing, easing, rolling, etc. It will really help you.
Also, even though this is something style based, I suggest you to work on your stick figure anatomy and also use a lower smoothing.
There is alot of tutorials out there in youtube that can help you with all of this.
But the biggest thing of it all, practice is the best thing ever : >

On animating with a higher FPS, i find that it just makes eveerything go by too fast for me. I am trying to slowly increase the FPS I can work at as i get better.
I am going to try that basic stuff. I will see where that goes.
And what do you mean by stick figure anatomy? please elaborate.
Thanks for the suggestions.

i think he means keep your figures the same size and make them look more like stick figures. the ones you make sorta look like the shins and arms were cut off and replaced with rubber. unless thats your style, make the arms and legs longer and have them bend instead of curve.
