Anyways here is my New improved RHG; Boltz ( The bio-hunter )

Cool calm and collected, doesn't talk much. Usually thinks in his mind. A prodigy science wiz, who can recite the whole periodic table from his head.
Story
Not long ago Zachary "Zack" J. Crown was a teenager who exceeded in Science, able to make tons of cool gadgets just like his father (William Benson: an inventor) and was all around in all sports.
He set his sights in becoming a biologist, exploring the known and unknown organisms just like his Mother (Jessica Foley: a former Bio hunter that died of illness). moments later his dad found a Galactic stone that contained unlimited power. After some tests and due to some issues with his rival (Scott Drisskull) , the stone released a wave of non noticeably but powerful energy unto certain beings of the world. the wave of energy killed Scott but not William. Months later an unknown foe killed William. After Zack's father's funeral, Zack began to have the power of electricity. he ran into his father's lab but along the ways saw a space pod that crashed into his backyard. Zack investigated only to find a strange liquidized glowing glove. As zack got closer to examine it, the glove instantly wrapped itself unto Zack's hand. permanently stuck on his left hand. The second Zack thought it was an alien weapon, it then formed Him a metallic fiber suit, then spawned a gun (since that's what a gun is). As Zack thought of weapons in his head, the suit spawned the exact one in his bare hands morphing from one to another. Zack then decided to use these new found abilities to find who killed his father.
Abilities
-Can create Any weapon he thinks of into an advanced form at will.
-Can create and manipulate his Electricity into making powerful lighting boltz
-Long ranged fighter (since most of his weapons are basically Guns, Guns, and more Guns)
-Teleportation
-Thanks to the suit, he can spawn a plazma light saber for close combat fighters.
-Ultimate healing factor: can heal back any fractures, wounds, or missing body parts (including
the head) faster than anyone in the world ( If Obliterated to bits/dust, his suit will put him back together
from a gas to a liquid then a solid, but to be fair if you can wipe him out clean, then its a win for you).
-Super human or Enhanced Speed, Strength, Agility, Durability and Endurance.
Electro-mode
-In this mode Boltz becomes Electro-Boltz; a human figure made of electricity, making him a powerful meta human to deal with.
When in this form, he can control his Electro powers, become invisible, and intangible a the same time and
Electro-Boltz can also posses machines and even normal human beings.
HOWEVER Boltz uses this form rarely because the more and more he goes Electro, the more violent and destructive he becomes in his enhanced form
(and he does not like that).
WEAKNESSES
So how can you get the upper hand in this match?
1. if you can convert Boltz's electricty into another power and use it against him, you have a chance.
2. if your immune to his Electricity, you'll get the knock back but no damage from him when he uses his powers.
3. Close combat fighters: Due to Boltz not being skilled in martial arts, karate or kung-fu.
Boltz likes to keep his distance thanks to his speed and teleportation and just Zone with his attacks, but if you can get close enough, you
may have a chance to beat him.
