Yes,he uses Plasma to Enhance his bullets or weapon attacks making them more powerful than the average weapon.

You say 'to enhance' them, meaning there is a regular attack under them, or is it only plasma?

There's a regular attack under each weapon.
DPMs: Bullets + Plasma = Stronger Bullets
Bazooka: Large Missle + Plasma = Faster Attack
Sniper Rifle: small bullet + Plasma = After Shock (Stuns you afterward)
