No matter how many times you refer to that spoiler, it doesn't make the scenario make any more sense, or this entire situation any less stupid.

The spoiler doesn't answer ANY questions or add ANYTHING new. You've literally stated what we already know in the spoiler.

He just wants you to choose which is less painful: (assuming you'll get away from your initial encounter with the officer)
Die a lawful man
Survive as an outlaw
Death or Crime

Show me a starving man on the brink of death who'll suddenly be revived from any $10 meal, I'll show you a chef who doesn't believe your bullshit.
Also, show me a cop who just demands you pay a ticket on the spot (and a $10 ticket at that), I'll show you why that's bullshit, and if he/she is in fact that corrupt, they won't let you past in the first place and will just rob your ass anyways.

I think he won't take those post into account, he believes in absolutes and wants an absolute answer.

Sorry, I got carried away with my statements.
Pitch won't accept any answers aside from the choices he's given, regardless of the inquiries within.

I think this is the closest we'll come to getting a proper definition.
If thats the case, then you'll HAVE to choose survive as an outlaw. Why? Because jaywalking is too mundane a crime to die over. Now if you murdered someone, I would rather turn myself in to the cops than to live as an outlaw, even if I get the death penalty for it. Because it is a horrific crime and I must pay the price for it.
But dying for jaywalking is hardly justice. It might be the lawful thing to do, but it won't be the just thing to do.

Um, Pitch, you still haven't answered my question.

Buy food get yourself arrested. Then you get 3 meals a day and don't stay in jail for long. Although avoiding the cop is basically impossible so you can just forget about this idea.

Buy the food, you get food in jail at least so you won't die of starvation. At least when you get out you can hold up a begger sign :P.
