There are times when we've seen Chaos dominance, there are times when we've seen Order dominance. The empires are balanced enough that, no, it ain't how balanced a unit, skill or strategy is within an empire, it's simply the players skill. When you get high enough, you realise that player ability looms over everything else. Cut the whine. Learn to OvC.

I meant to say bombers are single use units

Don't bomb correctly you get overun by swords and archers you have to tech up before they do.

Well if you get out teched time wise by an order player you lose unless the order player did an under 2 minute spear cheese or really sucks.

In regards to "Chaos OP", I have always found that Order was always more versatile than Chaos. Even when I given the oppurtunity to use Chaos, I chose only to dabble in it instead of commiting it as my main goto. The game is def not "Pay to Win", and if anything, Order is OP.
