Just realized on the challonge bracket it's recorded Myst won 3-2, when he actually won 3-1. I only took one game that set.

and the challenge bracket in round 2 wrongly recorded that I lost to rain 0-2 , and actually that was destroyer not me LOL

Is it possible to have game replays uploaded? I am interested to take a look on some game plays recommended (eg DAZ vs Wyz, Gale vs DAZ )

You cannot have 2 players for one slot, he simply changed the name.

It is highly possible.

That's because I had to fill in your name from losers. I can't edit the bracket once it's started. I will livestream some games later hopefully.

Okay guys lots of big news here.

First things first, the next tournament date has been posted! Be sure to save the date for Saturday, September 19th 6:00 PM EDT (-4:00 UTC). I moved the time earlier to see if I could attract a slightly different group of players. Again, if this is going to be another conflict with time, I can make amends. I also have the following Sunday to work with.

Now on to what I really want to talk about, and that's the reward points. A lot of you don't believe their worth anything, so I'm going to explain in great length why you want them. These points are going to be used for more than just seeding in the future. They are your ticket to enter the the championship bracket coming in the early winter/spring. This will be something I will make sure to not only reward players, but give a great view to the public with a streaming experience. I may organize this for a two day experience, but I believe the best option would be to roll out all day Saturday. More details with an official date will be announced as we wrap up 2015.

But why are reward points needed for this? You need to have them to play in the championship bracket. You're not spending the points, your total only accumulates the more you play, but you will need a fixed number to qualify for the championship bracket. The championship bracket is different from the open bracket, because it puts you much farther ahead than anyone else entering. In the championship bracket, there will two pools with players who were auto seeded from having a qualifier victory and those earning enough points. Qualifiers are grand-scale tournaments which will be recognized prior to happening. DAZ's world circuit is something I'd like to have work into this, as well as Fire it Up! tournaments. However, right now there are no other qualifier events. This means Fire it UP! is your only ticket into this championship bracket. I can't be the one to change this. If anyone else has a good head on their shoulders and is thinking about organizing an event with the current professional rule set illustrated in my tournaments, then please talk to me so I can count you in.

And how rewarding will the championship bracket be? I can't give an exact figure, but I will do my damnedest to match (it not best) Let's Rumble!. So yes, the answer to the question is very rewarding.

How many points do you need? I've decided to make it fair and say 2000, which will also be the number from winning a tournament (thus giving you an auto qualifier). In doing this, I'll drop the double reward points for participants (as even with a dozen last time, it was stacked in respect to skill level). I've updated the OP to reflect the last tournament as well.

Oh, but the double/triple rewards perk for PayPal will stay. ;)
