Do the creators not care? Why won't they fix the KNOWN problems?

Well consider that in a decade SE will almost certainly need porting or a dedicated flash client given out to actually play it. I don't think SE is the perfect investment right now - not in it's current form. As a client/application on steam it should have a better future.

Idk why Brock would say that to me. I think i've maybe talked to him once or twice. Truth hurts I guess.

People need to realize that Legacy isn't even done and when it is finished it will have problems just like this one will have will require more work to fix all the little problems. I just have a feeling that after they are done with legacy (won't be anytime soon) they will move onto a new project and continue to make false promises to this community.

Can't tell if you are actually serious. Of course brock didn't say that.

The false promises I speak of are for updates, not their new games. They have told many players that there would be updates within the last 8 months (including myself) and there have been... nothing.

So let me get this straight, SE isn't paying the bills? Hmmm I wonder why??? There are no more than 300 players on at peak time (maybe 50-100 increase in like 2-3 years). The game is buggy and slow, no marketing, not even social media accounts and the paypal method is glitched and buggy as well. So I'm not surprised that they aren't pulling in enough. Instead of people being realistic about it, people are making excuses for them. Either they need to increase the number of players that play this game or they need to restructure how they generate their revenue. I really don't think Legacy is going to save them. I really think they should have gotten this game more stable before moving onto multiple projects.

Yeah yeah.. call me an impatient fuck... but eventually you fucks will be impatient too. I'm just curious on how long it will take.

I didn't mean false promises on new games, sorry for not writing it well. Maybe they will keep making false promises, all we can do is wait and see.

It's not like we're just making excuses, I think the devs are honest and they said they're busy. I don't think their team is that big either.

I'm not sure what you mean by being realistic. We're just speculating about false promises or new updates. I think the realistic thing to do (and the only thing we can do) now is to wait and hope for the best.

I agree, steam has exploded in popularity, there's almost no reason to not sell it to them.

Yeah, maybe they could turn it into stick empires 2? It'll be the steam client/application like skeleton suggested.

Steam supports flash games anyway. It shouldn't actually need any porting - just a greenlight.

Very.

It's hard for me to stick around a game that never gets updates. :P

Or that causes you to lose 80 ranks point because when an opponent lags out in the match setup screen sometimes the wrong player loses points...

No not really cause points don't really matter to me. If my skill is actually deserving those points then I'll regain them easily.

You ever been 2230 order only in DM? Yeah, I will regain them... I lost 80 points today across three matches - one, freeze abuse, one lag abuse, and one, didn't load, yet I lost 30 points, so dev/server issue...

I won 21 matches today... my rank? 2183... yeah, I will get them back after a week or so of work...

The elo system is broken, just like the game.

Your problems started with trying to gain elo in dm as Order

Is Archy also a game developer with games under his belt by any chance?
