so i've seen in a bunch of RHG battles and animations in general have some battle cries from anime, and i kinda want to know how or where to get them myself. are they just voice acting it, or are they downloading them from somewhere?

(i was assuming this goes in resources because sounds are resources)

They'll probably be from video games such as Street Fighter or Tekken or whatever else, or some probably from an anime game. You usually just have to google "[charactername] voice pack" and chances are you'll find it.
