OK Im using flash CS6 and i have sounds and a V-Cam but i dont know how to move them so that they come up on library no matter how many times i open the app. How do i do that?

I'm not sure exactly what you're asking here. Do you mean every time you open a new document you want them to be in the library? If yes, you can't. Each library is unique to each Flash document. However, you could make a blank .fla (the Flash file format) with those items in the library that you duplicate whenever you want to create a new document.

Import everything into the library, go to File > Save As Template, then whenever you want to make a new flash file or open the program, click on the templates tab and select your template. If this doesn't work, just create a folder in your documents with all of the library items you want and just ctrl+r all of them in.
