I recommend you learn the basics of drawing like gesture drawing, form and especially anatomy more. You're shading here is very inconsistent. Some places look flat while the others look 3D. You should study the basics of light, shadow, and plains and apply them.

i have noticed the fact that some of my art are 3D but half of the images are 2D
