So I finally made my RHG but I need to put the picture before I post. So what programs do u guys use to make your pictures of your RHGs.

Everybody uses different program. If you don't have flash then use paint and make it 150x150. If you use flash I make it 1000x1000 and export it as a 150x150 jpg. picture.
