get a spare shoe, cup, or pile of books to get angles so you can focus on skating. yes i put my phone in a cup so i can get angles when making my own videos

you could just lay on your side or use two shirt hangers if you have a bunk bed

getting a go pro would be more useful and would be less likely to break.

a selfie stick can be replaced with almost anything. using it in a concert to record, take photos, or so you can face time with someone. thats a good use. a back scratcher aswell. also an extra three feet to grab stuff too far away. or if your life depended on giving someone a selfie stick.

So selfie sticks, which are monopods specifically designed to help in taking photos/videos, are inferior to using a spare fucking shoe/cup/pile of books to get angles? Shit I might as well use newspaper as a replacement for umbrellas because umbrellas look idiotic and can be replaced with literally anything. Hell I should just go ahead and find something else and use it for something it was never intended to be used for, because that would be the best way to avoid being retarded, right? Goddamn your wisdom is overflowing you should be a fucking YouTuber.

then how do you live in a house? In one your YouTube videos you were clearly in a house.

You do know all of my family's money goes to paying bills, buying food, and fixing stuff. When I said they have no money I meant they have no money to give.

Easy fix to the selfie problem. Have long arms like me.

Downsides: joint pain, frequent head aches, stretch marks, and being underweight since you're growing too fast.

well umbrellas could be replaced with a good bit of stuff. its called being resourceful.
(i think its funner using other stuff to solve other problems AKA cups to hold phones)

Sitting in bed and being to lazy to hold a phone above your head.

if you're too lazy to hold a phone above your head, you're definitely going to be too lazy to hold a selfie stick above your head.

yeah my solutions are:
A. lay on your side and hold your phone so it wont spin around
B. if you have a bunk-bed, use two shirt hangers and put your phone in between them so it hovers.
example using ipad (Click to Show)

C. sleep instantly like an irregular person

You should add "Girl Selfies"

I think nobody doesn't like john cena here lol
but what i hate from this John Cena trend is how they intentionally edited the audio volume, which it's (almost) annoying for me.

1: Yes a shoe will allow me to hold a go pro, Iphone, and a lot of phones while skateboarding, pennyboarding ,longboarding without having to bend down to get good angles on the wheel.

2: It's a plain area how will a old shoe help me get a farther and better angle on me and my group.

3: Laying on your side and watching something off your phone is not comfortable because one side of your head is in a pillow and could bother your eye while watching.

4: They use Go Pro's. A go pro can go on a selfie stick. They get good angles on a selfie stick and a Go Pro is tiny and if it slips out of your hand you're fucked. Again back to the selfie stick grip.

those are just my solutions. laying on my side isnt uncomfortable for me, my pillow is a little firmer than other pillows though, i like firm things to sleep on.

i thought we were talking about holding phones, not go pros. using a go pro would change things.
1. go pros (this is what ive been told) are for point of view videos.
2. a cheap solution for a go pro would be using some electrical tape and getting a stick. and if you can find one just buy a plastic broom, screw or cut off the sweeper part, and tape the go pro/phone to it.

You technically could put a phone inside a shoe or cup while skating to get better angles. I'm just not sure how a pile of books would be any help. They'd fall right out of your hands.

I doubt that many of us have bunk beds, and pretty much in anyway I make the bed move I'd risk that thing falling down and whacking me in the stomach in the middle of the night.
