I've been obsessed with trying to make slow motion for a while (using cs6) how exactly is it done do I use a type of tween or do literally just put a couple frames just really close to each other?

You can make a layer for each limb in the scene and convert them all to symbols and just tween them. That's the simplest way to do it.
