Its a nice power. Unique tool on a power that can create much of anything. I agree that the smoke bomb and spray creator is a fine duo already. I mean, you can lots with just those. Then you have poison and enhancers that you can live without.

Check Sai from Naruto, he can do lots just by making objects through his art. I am aware that Sai can make living constructs but still, anything out of nothing can do lots and literally the writer [and how much the character's] creativity is the limit. This is a lower tiered form of reality manipulation, where you manifest things out of nothing and is a great power and can be OP without the correct limitations but you've provided a decent one.

I'm not saying you should delete the poison and enhancer, I'm just saying your character could do just fine with smoke and creator cans and he'd still be a powerful foe.
