Suggestion, why not permit three accounts per email. Aka, a clear registered alt system this way and no more.

And if three accounts can be created, that means alt still exists , it is useless
especially it is easy to make more email accounts

Maybe I wasn't clear enough... right now, even with email confirmation, it is super easy to get around and make unlimited alts. Hushmail, etc. email veri won't stop slip, allah (who has a NEW alt today), etc.

So why not make a better system, allow each player three accounts, all clearly tied to one email. Make punishing cheaters easy.

it is impossible to "allowed each player three accounts"
emails are not limited, IP address can also be changed by proxy

And also, in the first place, each player should only have "one account" , three accounts allowed do not make sense in the first place

No, that's why I said it is impossible to stop alts.

On a side note email confirm is the way to go. It delays people's alts by 40+ seconds sometimes and when you are an admin trying to deal with someone who makes alts every 10 seconds, it is a great improvement.

I gave up alts awhile ago. My alts are only used to film some funny bits on my channel :)
