Jolt might have hard light armor, protecting him from physical harm, but Jolt is still human, he isn't immune to fire.

BUt if you look at jolt's RHG vs wate, he is shown to be able to fire laser-esque beams of electricity, or he could also summon a lightning bolt straight from the sky.

He will do that and still, it could explode Hidden and if Jolt was in close range, he could be hurt too.

True, but that would depend on how large this explosion is, and the distance from Jolt?
Because when Jolt shoots lightning, it acts like lightning, seeking the most easiest way to get to the ground. Like Metal, or trees, these will just divert and absorb the attack.
Not saying its ineffective, it can still work, it just depend on chance of target's position.
(but Jolt will still win, because Jolt has a really high knowledge in his limitations, he knows when and where he should or shouldn't use his lightning bolt move.)

Short version: jolt's electricity can 1 shot hidden. Although to leave the resulting explosion unscathed is unlikely.
