Shrinking: Phase can shrink at will, but keeps his normal strength.
Density shifting: Phase can manipulate his density. When he makes himself less dense, things such as swords or punches can go through him, allowing Phase to be unharmed. When Phase increases his density, he makes his suit impenetrable to almost anything.
Combat: Phase can use a sword well, while also being able to throw a reasonable punch.


Weaknesses:
Invisibility: While Phase is invisible, he is 20% weaker than normal, meaning he can be hurt more.
Shrinking: While Phase is small, he is 25% slower.
Density shifting: While Phase is denser, he is 40% slower and his attack speed is reduced by 30%.


Story:
Phase was a test subject for the governments new weapon. A suit that would allow the user to have powers that were never imagined before. The facility was located on the outskirts of London. Phase was one of 6 test subjects, who were each testing a different suit will different abilities. The suits were to be used not only to fight in wars, but to destroy any and all threats to Britain. However, Phase learnt that the creators of the suits had become corrupt and had planned to sell the suits to terrorists for a large sum of money, without the government knowing. After Phase learnt of the plans, he his suit to destroy the other 5 and hunted down the suits creators so they could not fall into terrorist hands. The government found out that it was Phase who destroyed the suits, but not why. They began hunting down Phase, so he had no choice to escape the country, taking the suit with him.
