Quote from Captain Cookwhat the fuck are the chances anyways of dying from a painful disease in America?
I live in the Philippines. The streets can be dirty as heck and the street foods and restaurant dishes might not be good for your health all the time. Also, mosquitoes are everywhere.

Materializing sexual fantasies and before you label me as a pervert, here's why.
Being able to materialize your fantasies is essentially the ability to warp reality. If I imagine a fantasy that involves me having a ton of money, I become rich. If I imagine a fantasy that involves someone dying, they'll die. The only thing I would need to do to alter reality in any way I could possibly think of is tie it on some way to a sexual action. You would become all-powerful and the other powers become irrelevant.

Another interpretation is that you can weaponize fetishes. For example, if you like tentacles then you get a tentacle to use as a whip. If your fetish is sleep sex, you can tranquilize people on demand. And of course, if your fetish is "beating people up" then you get to beat people up.Quote from frNMEMaterializing sexual fantasies and before you label me as a pervert, here's why.

I'm still choosing immunity to painful diseases.

There's a difference between healthy living and living healthily. If you eat properly, exercise, and don't indulge in the bad stuff all the time, then the mosquitoes and the poisoned food would be the least of your problems; your immune system would be tough enough to stave half of what you're expecting.
The fact that anyone is choosing immunity to painful diseases doesn't seem to realize that we are still on a train in this mortal coil. Being immune to painful shit doesn't mean we live longer, and if anything now gives you no warning as to when it really comes. Also, it is very specific to diseases so a car crash would still hurt like fuck. It's like the Fallout perk that looks awesome because it caters to a very specific situation; one that can be easily mended if you upgraded certain stats early game, rendering the perk useless.

I'm not choosing never gain weight because if I want to lose weight I'll just do it. Mosquitoes are non existent in this country so not that one. I don't tend to lose many things and its something too minuscule to pick as a superpower. Never have scars or zits etc? really wouldn't bother me if I had them. And being able to control and remember your dreams is something you can learn how to do anyway.
I think I'd choose the ability to materialise my sexual fantasies.

Some of these powers can be achieved in reality to some extent. Like dream control or weight control (healthy diet). But the point here is achieve them with no actual effort. Your choice depends on what you want to do quickly, your backround and personality; I think. Maybe that's why desease immunity and sexual fantasies got more votes. Because they are almost impossible to achieve in real life.

If you don't disturb them, they won't disturb you. Not with flies and mosquitoes though.
