For those who do not know there has been a dispute going on the last couple of days between myself, Mystery and a few other players and mods.

To sum it up I made a thread a couple of days ago about the music in the game. Mystery began to call me and my post dumb and went on to flame me in a number of post. This angered him so much that, the next time I got onto StickEmpires he banned me from the global chat for a whole year for no reason. Of course, I immediately went and appealed the ban. Mystery then went and created a bold face lie saying that he had perm banned multiple accounts of mine months ago and that he banned me for a year because I was Alt dodging. None of my accounts were ever banned by Mystery and none have the current permanent that Mystery was lying about. A few mods and players stepped in to give their opinions on the matter. This was met with more flaming and taunting by Mystery towards DAZ and Zomar. Mystery went on for a couple days digging himself deeper into the lie that he created. Finally realized he was wrong after I posted messages from all my Alts showing that none of them were banned. The ban was then lifted by Galeforce who talked some sense into Mystery. The fact that he would create a whole story, with numerous lies, with the goal getting me banned from the chat for a whole year shows that he is not Mod material. The fact that he would continue his lies and argue, flame and discredit others who are trying to do the right thing only further supports my previous statement. The worse part about it is that he tried to manipulate the rest of the Mods and community into believing his lie. If Mystery would have gotten away with this then he surely would have tried this stunt again and again. He wasted everyones time who read and posted on the thread. Yes my ban is lifted, but what's Mystery's punishment for lying about this whole thing?

I believe Mystery should at least have his Mod stripped since he has shown that he is a liar, that he abuses the power given to him and that he is not mature enough to handle a position of authority. I believe Mystery's mod should be given to Zomar because he has shown his ability to look at both sides of a story and make a correct final decision. I also believe Mystery owes Myself, DragonArcherZ, Zomar, Galeforce and the rest of the StickEmpire community an apology for wasting our time and putting us through his circus act. I also believe that Mystery could possibly be banned from the game for his actions, while I do think this is a bit harsh I believe the Mods should be held at a higher standard than the average player but what does the rest of the community think?

We make mistakes, but this all came about just from antagonistic behavior. Both of you need to just leave each other alone. Let's drop this for good man. You're not helping making this thread.

Archy too many of your posts include stripping of mod powers. He made a mistake. Gale didn't talk sense into him, Myst just told Gale to unban you because he realized his mistake.

is their a chief chat mode?

Their is no mod acountablity and half the people don't know what the blue writing means anyway. People with offensive names can't be censored and bans can be avoided easily (make a new account) This makes moderating rather pointless and I'm am shocked that the SP model has not be followed (thou I will say its far from perfect)

I will not make a thread about this but their needs to be a chief moderator who is unbiased and OUTSIDE of the game. not attached to clans doesn't post on SP and just handles disputes.

Im sure if we elected or CJ chose we would get a whz a skele a mystery thou we don't need those people (no offence to them i admire you all and your brilliant chat moderators) thats not transparent we need someone neutral to look over this.

I thought I'd copy that to here as altough I disagree with mystery haveing his powers removed mod accountability is a problem. People need to respect Archey as he brings up a good point and it shows people's maturity that just because they disagree they chose to accuse him of causeing problems being argressive stiring etc when they simply don't like his views or the face he has a point they can't defend.

Let's look at the fact here the ban was reversed this means Myst unfairly gave out a ban (or fairly depending on your oppinion as he dodged a ban but the orginal ban was un fair its complex)

It's good we debate this and we should if thinking SE is great was Left wing and not likeing how it is ran is right wing. Then Archey would be extreme right wing. We shouldn't blast him for this he represents a view point that some people support and just because those on the left (useing my analoggy again) don't like it why should we shut up?

Blasting one out of the three active mods out of the equation instantly becomes hell for the rest of us. I consider myst important as he has a different timezone than the rest of 2/3 active mods.

If there are so little mods... Then get more mods. And saying that the chat needs Mystery simply because he lives in a different timezone is outrageous.

You harass a dangerous animal often enough, it bites you. Maybe if you didn't act so abrasive and engage in other questionable behaviors and game practices, this kind of stuff wouldn't happen to you?
