Hm... people link to their accounts all the time, and it looks that she's not making any money from subscribers or such yet. Another note, he isn't asking people to subscribe, nor is he directly benefiting from it, and is instead asking for C&C, so I personally think this is fine.

Pretty much what azure said. I'd consider it an offense if it was "pls suscrib". But... legit asking for tips is okay to me.

We should probably discuss that rule a bit more if we ever need to revise it. I feel like its a bit outdated and there are some exceptions to it.
