I claimed that RAPTOR'S NAME POPPED UP IN THE INTEL I HAVE GATHERED, and I used that on Raptor. Because if he was innocent, he'd have nothing to worry about. But he didn't read the entire sentence and went on and on about how I'm lying. But I'm not. IF I LIED, EXILE WOULD HAVE COME OVER AND DEBUNKED MY STATEMENT. But he didn't BECAUSE I REPORTED TO HIM EVERY TIME.

What I said was true, I just stated it vaguely because I was gauging for his reaction. Guilty people usually freak out and he acted guilty too.

Devour, you said it yourself that my reasons are nothing to sneeze at so I have no idea why are you being so clueless right now. Raptor was sloppy and gave us reasons to vote for him. It's unfortunate, but as a townie, it's mine and everyone else's responsibility to answer any accusations properly and not freak out.

I only rushed because everyone's reasons for lynching Apex were "well he might be innocent but we don't care" instead of investigating further. We made a mistake but at least it wasn't a mistake brought on by apathy and laziness.

Apex, that screenshot didn't tell us anything and you haven't been cooperating properly. I don't even know what to say to this, oh my god.

And Envoy, the Skype group was there before. People offered up their contacts and sometimes we chat. It's unfortunate that the word in the chat somehow led to the mafia game and for some reason people thought they could be more trusting there, which was a big mistake. The conversation lasted a couple of hours, and Devour, Boomy, myself and Apex were there. I'm actually not sure if anyone else from the mafia was there lurking, so don't quote me on this.

As I said, while I do not have any power over this, I really wish to ban this from the game. Restrict all the communicae to this thread. A group even consisting of any number is not considered to be a fair and neutral device.

I used to have a rule about keeping the game strictly in the thread, but I guess I must've not put it this time because people were used to it. Note to self: reinstate this rule in the next iteration.

I apologize for, and retract, any personal insult I made against Apex in the heat of the moment. But my opinion that his gameplay has doomed us (if he isn't Mafia) stands. My opinion that being new to the game is a flimsy reason to play SO badly also stands.

Zero, I'll go through your post later. This is exactly what more people should be doing. When both Zero and Devour were attacked, they provided a proper breakdown of things and listed out why they were innocent and what they thought their place in the game has been so far.

My suspects are still Apex (because d'uh) and Devour (because of what Lami did, though that could have been an honest mistake).

So yeah I couldn’t post all day yesterday. But my level of activity is quite normal being still half way through the week.

From my usual activity I mainly post after 12 PM (If anyone wants proof I can produce a list) so by the time I was awake ready to make posts night had arrived. So I had to sit through that day. Then Day 4 came. It was in the morning. When I’m typically inactive since I was still in the snooze bucket. But as usual I reported for duty after 12 PM.

My last post for Day 3 I thought Apex was surely going to be on the axe so I assumed there was no need for further contribution. I went off and called it a day. Seriously who could have expected a complete reversal?

To answer your question though, we would have known that anyways in the following morning after Boomy said that to Exilement. The reason it looks suspicious is because an Avenger would have no use for that info even if Boomy answered you.

Also, you're remembering wrong. I did not use the same reasons on Lamitrov's suspicion. It was between Devi or Lami(The inactives) and Lami just had a slightly better ability, thus I picked him.

That all happened before I got here, so I could see me being wrong :p

Again, I am NOT content with having the town inactive. I am simply addressing the fact that it would be for the best if us town would have solid info to work with. Tell me Devour, when did I actually was actively telling the players to be inactive?

Raptor was definitely suspicious, and very suspicious at that. But the nail in the coffin was that you had intel on him. The vagueness went both ways: I thought this intel convicted him without question. That combined with the push to get all our votes out before the random-lynch struck solidified it in my head and I was totally convinced.
I guess it's easy to use hindsight to nitpick past decisions, but I just regret not using today to question Raptor and yesterday to be rid of Apex, guilty or not.

I really am just pressing for info. I'm mostly satisfied with your response :) I think everyone learned a lot from reading what you said, and I'm a lot less suspicious of you now.

It's the other way around, isn't it?

The Skrull's know who the Skrull's are but the Avengers don't know who the Avengers are. That's why it's so important to know who is who using Scry because we'll basically have 2 Exile's. Imagine if we don't have the data and we lynch someone who is actually an Avenger, this could have been prevented if Scry was used. Vice versa too, in which if Boomer did Scry ASAP, he could have hit a Skrull. I don't get why he didn't even use it in the first place. As you said, it is most logical if the Skrull's go for the players that can investigate.

God, finally, thank you.

The thing is, you can't trust anyone but Exile with that sort of info, about whether he used Scry already or not. I know it'd be useful but I didn't want him to tell me, instead he should have kept it to himself and Exile. This shouldn't even be an issue.

Until today, I thought everyone was happy with me and my playing as a Townie :( From the start, I was trying to be trustworthy enough to take over for Exilement (except I'd have two lives) should he ever be nightkilled. Obviously that isn't an option anymore.

I've also been gathering a list of people I very, very strongly think are Avengers (and my reasoning why). If I ever get lynched, I'll leave that list behind to help you guys win this even without me.

I'm also going to try and get ahold of Laminator to tell me what that PM was. Whatever he said, I know I'll be able to settle it because it was an Avenger who sent it. The only thing it could be is a dumb mistake that can be rationalized as just that.

Dead people tell no tales. Isn't it against the rules to consult dead players? Thus, even that sort of a list would be illegal.

Best to say what you mean and what would be helpful right now. Not that I'd rely on such a list anyway. I don't want to rule someone out completely.
