DICE IZAN

New image coming soo---.... umm later. XD
Age: 19 <---(He lives his own time, so it's 2016 for him.)
Birth Date: January 9th, 1997
Color:
Body: #777777 (Gray)
Hair: #ffffff (White)
Eyes: #000000 (Black)
Border (Optional): #0000ff (Blue)
Abilities & Weaknesses:
NOTE: Weaknesses are highlighted in
ORANGE.
Bleagle (Top) & Hawkatom (Bottom)
A gun-melee dual-wield combo that allows Dice to fight in both close quarters & afar. He also hides his weapons in an attempt to make enemies misjudge, and hides his Hawkatom in his jacket, and his Bleagle in his jeans. However he's still right-handed, so
any weapon on his left hand won't be as effective: ranged weapons won't be as accurate, and melee weapons won't swing as hard or as fast.
Hawkatom is a Tomahawk-like weapon with edges SOOOOO sharp, you can get hurt just by looking at- OW CRAP!
It's a lightweight, sharp, and fast axe capable of penetrating all civilian-grade stab-proof vests, and wearing down military-grade armor. Its design also allows him to lure away shields to force an opening, and parry (& possibly disarm) sword fighters by dislodging the sword into the hole in the middle. Lastly the silk that serves as the handle doubles as a bandage for Dice to cover his wounds. However, the
weapon's curved edge, as well as the nonexistent handle protection, makes blocking attacks a potential hazard, and can cause Dice to stagger.
Bleagle is a devastating pocket cannon-like pistol that has a tint of black and has similar aspect as a Deagle. If you see this gun, you're already dead.
It fires high-velocity lethal bullets that penetrates even police-grade armor vest. Anything harder will require an extra shot or so, but much like the Hawkatom, it can degrade armor for future bullets to eventually penetrate said armor. Its small & lightweight nature allows the gun to not only be holstered quickly, but also hidden just as well.
Note the pistol is very loud, has a high recoil preventing Dice from firing away liberally, and only holds 6 clips.
Strength: 5/10 - Only knows basic martial arts knowledge, so most fighters using their body (or bodies) to fight will outmatch him, if Dice doesn't have his weapons that is. Should Dice be disarmed from his weapons, consider him screwed because he depends on his weapons for damage. Martial Artists, take notes!
Speed: 7/10 - Runs fast... compared to a human. Fortunately it's still enough to give him a little extra edge over his opponents. Additionally he has abilities (mentioned below) that briefly boosts his mobility significantly for a brief moment, though fighters specialized in speed would still out-pace him by a huge margin.
Resilience: 4/10 - His frail nature forces him to become adept at dodging or blocking attacks. If a person, for instance, with an average durability can survive 5 critical hits from a baseball bat, Dice would survive 3 hits at best. Additionally he's surprisingly susceptible to pain, so if he took enough damage, he'd become more distracted from his wounds and could be taken out with one devastating hit. If he survives that hit, then he would either be blacked out, or give in to pain and curl into a fetal position.
Stamina: 7/10 - Moderately fair stamina, but requires occasional rests to continue using melee attacks. Fortunately he also recovers relatively quickly if left alone for some time. He compensates his above-mediocre stamina for his Bleagle as well as his abilities (again mentioned below.) If his opponent(s) somehow force Dice to deplete his stamina quickly, and give him no room to recover, he's in trouble.
Reflexes: 8/10 - Competent reflexes allow him to block or dodge melee attacks, as well as ranged attack. However he's still not capable of dodging fast projectiles or attacks such as a laser or a bullet, or a sudden punch in the face due to the fighter's high speed. Attacks that come at such speed would force Dice to either dodge to only be grazed, or take cover.
Intelligence: 8.5/10 - Intuitive fighter that capable of observing attack patterns, anticipating moves, formulating strategies, and altering his own fighting style. "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me thrice... yeah that's not happening."
Weaponry: 9/10 - Uses basic but devastating arsenal of weapons to hack & shoot his enemies away. His current weapons of choice allow for flexible combat and comfortably fight in both melee & ranged combat. The only downside is he became so dependent of his weapons for damage.
Dnomaid is a supernatural & physical sn
ow-white element capable of giving people superpowers, but with a high "chance" of death. Those that survive are granted a "type" of Dnomaid. For instance, a fire type Dnomaidist has Ravers (or Dnomaid abilities) that pertains to fire, or mirror type Dnomaid has abilities related to reflection. What's unique about Dnomaid is it evolves based on the user's activity. Additionally all Ravers have some kind of cost, such as energy or "mana" for instance.
In Dice's case, his Ravers have some kind of cooldown, and can't have more than one active simultaneously.
-Mustika pointed out a missing detail about what Ravers are. Thanks. :P-
================================================== ==================================================
- Telekinesis - Grabs objects with his mind, but ONE OBJECT AT A TIME. Requires more focus with heavier and larger objects. Emits telekinesis via one or any of his hands. Can use on any object as long as it's in his 5 meter radius.
- Kinetic Wall - Makes a transparent circular wall that stops projectiles, then shoots them off upon being triggered so from Dice. Always lands on it's center. Only one at a time. (COOLDOWN: 8 SEC)
- Rocket Velocity - Shoots out a rocket-like projectile that pushes people or objects away from the center in a 1.5-meter radius on wherever it lands. Can also use this to “rocket-jump” (i.e. shooting at the surface below you to use the force given from the source to propel in whatever direction Dice wishes.)(STORES 1 ROCKET VELOCITY CHARGE EVERY 2 SECONDS, 5 CHARGES MAX.)
- Teleport - Pretty self-explanatory. Can teleport as far as 8 meters. (COOLDOWN: 6 SEC)
- Space Tension - Shoots a black-and-white static-like projectile that freezes enemies for 6 seconds, even in midair. Cancels out once something or someone touches the frozen victim. (COOLDOWN: 20 SEC)
Victims hit with this will emit black-and-white TV static from their body.
ALTERNATIVE: Omni-effect -
Affects how Ravers behaves (with exception of certain Ravers such as Telekinesis and Teleport.) Should Dice
charge up one or any of his Ravers, it
activates respective Raver within a 2.5-meter radius surrounding Dice, thus affecting anyone in range based on whatever Dnomaid he used. (Except Dice himself.)
- Kinetic Field - Generates a sphere surrounding Dice instead of a circle.(COOLDOWN: 30 SEC)
- Rocket Force - Unlike Rocket Velocity, only has one charge, then will have to wait for cooldown. (COOLDOWN: 5 SEC)
- Spastic Tension - (COOLDOWN: 50 SEC)

About/Story:
The words in italics are the author's notes about the story.
Dice didn't live such a happy life so fa
r; he has poor grades, doesn't have the greatest friends he could potentially have, and filled with disappointments. And yet somehow he finds happiness from time to time, despite the fact he'll go to utter depression after happiness. He believes there's no chance of having a truly happy life for him.
One day at his current age (18,) Dice was running in a damp, grayish forest as crimson red blood dripped out of his chest. He knows he's going to die, yet he runs away to try to survive, desperately praying for a miracle. At the same time he's happy he's going to die. He thought about committing suicide but never gathered the courage to do so, as he always thought how much people would be better off without him, since there won't be a weak idiot to look after. He wanted his death to come by man or nature, and he got what he wanted.
Dice: (There's so many reasons to live, yet so many reasons to succumb. There's always a way to achieve happiness, but its impossible for me now at this point. Dying is the best option for me, since no one will question my presence, especially the fact how I don't even have that good friends anyways.)
Dice slows down as his stamina withers.
Dice: *pant* *pant* (This is the end of the line for me isn't it? Even though how much I also want to live and have happiness. No matter how hard I pray for a miracle, hope is merely just an illusion to me. My life is doomed to have inevitable, unfortunate events that I cannot further bear to experience. Life itself is worse than hell, or possible even death for me.)
Dice falls onto the slushy puddle of mud.
Dice: *pant* *pant* (...Just... go... to... sleep... and... look.... upon...-)
Dice wakes up in some kind of nurse's bu
ilding and is told from a man across a room that he needs to leave, and those that works here are doing sinister. Dice then waits for the doctor to walk in, and stabs him with a knife which happens to be lying around. As he escapes, an enemy soldier attempts to shoot him with an RPG, only to have Dice accidentally hold the Rocket kinetically. Dice then turns the rocket around and shoots it back at the sender. With Dice's newfound powers he flees the building with 2 new friends, and goes into hiding.
A few day passes by and Dice encounters a girl named Elina, who happens to know about his powers. Dice attempts to run away, thinking she's a member of the same building he was in a few days ago, but only to get knocked out cold by Elina's earth-bending abilities. Dice wakes up in a small but cozy room, then frantically tries to break out. Then an old man walks in and alleviate Dice that he's all right. He then gives a tour of which appears to be a different building, compared to the one he was in a few days back. He meets strange people that also happens to have superpowers, which they all refer to as Dnomaid. He learns about a hidden war between Salvanitive and Insanita, and Dice was just in one of Insanita's outposts back in that same building. The old man is impressed Dice escaped, and offers him to join Salvanitive in order to stop Insanita from further abusing Dnomaid. This is it. This is Dice's second chance to redeem himself at life.
Dice wakes up in some kind of doctor's appointment room, or some prison cell of some kind. The doctor in the same room demands Dice to refrain from moving as he departs for “some supplies.” Dice decides to disobey and get off his bed upon the doctor’s departure, and shuffled through the counters, cabinets, and files. A Hispanic man, in a similar room as Dice and just right across the door, spots Dice and tells him that they need to bust out of this place, because the place is hell. As the doctor walks his way back to Dice's room, he finds a knife in a cabinet, then hesitantly stabs the doctor to death by surprise.
Blood stains on Dice's hands and clothing, then his hands begins to shake in terror, as he never ended a human life before. Dice tries to keep calm and unlocks the door with the key from the doctor's corpse, then unlocks the Hispanic man's door as well. Before they ran Dice's new companion tells him that his name is Dax.
As Dice and Dax escapes the building, they encounter an RPG shooter. Just when they thought they’d end here as the rocket propels towards them, Dice stick out his left hand, turns back, and shuts his eyes… and sees that Dice is telekinetically holding the rocket. He then rotates the rocket then shoots it back at the RPG shooter.
Along the way they also freed an inmate named May, an Aura type Dnomaid user.
As Dice, Dax, and May walk into the forest the building was surrounded in, Dice questions how they got their powers. Dax said the doctors injected him with some strange, shining white liquid, and had to deal with massive pain all over his body. May says her "doctor" said they injected into her in her sleep. Dice concludes the same thing must've happened to him. Dax and May pondered about what to call their power. Dice jumps in and says we should call it "Dnomaid." They thought it was somewhat an unusual name, but they accepted anyways. Soon they discuss about what they'll do next.
Fortunately for the party, they ran into a familiar highway, and May jumps to conclusion that this is where they part ways, return home, and meet again another time. Dice however says he can't return home because... He was never clear about what he told to May. Dax says his place isn't safe for him anymore. At this point it seems there's no choice but for Dice and Dax to rest at May's house for a few days.
After arriving at May's house, May and his older brother, Konny, sets up the bedsheets for Dice and Dax.
4 days passed since the escape. As Dice was carrying groceries, he bumps into a girl named Elina. She talks about how she saw what Dice, Dax, and May has done to the Insanita, explains about Dnomaid, Insanita, and Salvanitive, then tries to convince Dice to join Salvanitive somewhat hesitantly and reluctantly. Dice rejected the offer, and slowly walked away, thinking it's a trick to trap him. Elina warns Dice how Insanita will be constantly after Dice, Dax, and May, and a significantly bigger threat is coming. This only causes Dice to panic and run from Elina, assuming she's the enemy.
Elina then traps Dice in a rocky box made from the crust of the earth, then asks Dice why he ran away. Dice confesses to Elina how he thinks she's merely a fraud, especially about Salvanitive. Elina tries to convince Dice for some time, then threatens Dice that she'll leave him here, trapped underground in a box, in a crude, childish tone. Dice fights back and prattles, unarmed and inexperienced, then gets easily knocked out by Elina's Earth type Dnomaid.
Dice wakes up with a hard headache and once again, finds himself at an unfamiliar location. An old man, looking like a former military general, tells Dice to get up and escorts him through the small and well hidden base of Salvanitive. Meeting new friendly and terrible people, especially their purpose, Dice is fully convinced, and was given an offer by the old man to join Salvanitive, and accepted the offer.
The old man introduces himself as Den and gives Dice a request to also recruit Dax and May. There Dice begins his real story.
