Not sure what the deal is with my inability to log in to the game.

I'm currently at a training academy that runs its own internet through a single server/filter.
I have a suspicion that there might be a request form in the loading of the game that might be preventing the game from loading past this screen:

At times it lasts all day, I don't really know how to counter it other than wait it out.

Everything else runs smooth as a fresh jar of Skippy. Checking to see if what you suggested makes a difference.

EDIT: Made no difference.

I think its just the firewall filtering the connection tbh...

There's always an unblocked proxy. If searching for proxies is blocked then look for them on your phone's 3G/4G/whatever and then access it from the desktop URL
