Time Travel, Teleportation, Typhokinesis (smoke control), Levi's strength isn't the best, but it's well beyond a human's, his speed is his greatest statistic, being able to weave around his opponents like a cat around a mouse. He is well versed in kickboxing, and his weapons of choice are two kunai throwing knives, which, using his smoke powers, after bonding smoke to the blades, always return to his hands. His time travel has three different effects on him, which are:
Brain Storm
Brain storm is a time travel effect in which he travels back in time and temporarily combines with his past self, doubling his strength, speed, and for some odd reason, divides his intelligence by two...
Brain Freeze
Brain freeze is an effect where Levi temporarily stops time or slows it down to a fraction of a second, he cannot inflict damage to his opponents in this state, but can analyze what his opponents are going to do, stop the Brain Freeze, then strike.
Brain Fart
Brain Fart is the after effects from Brain Storm and Freeze, this is the only negative effect his time travel has on him, as, when Brain Fart occurs, he temporarily spaces out, his defense, his attack, and his speed all being cut in half. This affects him for around 20 seconds or until his opponent strikes him hard enough.

Levi lived in a dystopian future where humans had been separated into two completely different groups, the Precursors and the Spartans, the Precursors inhabited the Western part of the world, mostly in Europe, around France, Germany, and Spain, their capital city being in Great Britain. The Spartans were named after well, the Spartans because they fought and lived like barbarians, Levi was one of them, living on the far Eastern coast of what was once the United States. After the appearance of Levi and other people like him, people with enhanced strength and abnormal powers, The Precursors, fearing their presence would disrupt their world order, initiated several nuclear strikes on the Spartans, destroying most of their most important cities, including Levi's hometown. Having survived the explosion and fallout, Levi made his way to the Western coast of his country and sailed over to the Precursor capital city, there, he stole some of their advanced technology, a personal time machine, and traveled back in time to try and prevent the nuclear strike from happening. But, overshooting the time he wanted, landed in late 2014, nearly 30 years before the events happened, while he waited for the time to stop the strike, he found the RHG competition, where he tested his powers and used as a hobby to pass the time while he waited for the day his country was destroyed...

Levi is a happy-go-lucky kind of guy who doesn't mind getting his hands dirty, he's talkative, funny, and loves to mess with people. He never takes any situation too seriously unless it's an RHG fight, in which he gets straight down to business.
