Looks like a write error. Make sure you have enough room on your hard drive, also try running Swivel as an administrator if you aren't already (Right Click > Run as Administrator), this elevates the program to have write privileges.

Thanks for the tip.

EDIT:

CreateProcess failed with error 193: %1 is not valid Win32 application.
Do you know what this is?

Well, swivel is a 32 bit application. Is your XP a 32 bit computer? I haven't touched a computer that old since i was a kid so I'm not sure about some of the details, but it might be one of many things. Maybe your graphics card is too old, maybe your processor isn't good enough, not enough RAM, not enough space, etc. I've actually had that problem once before as well, but that was only like once or twice, and i would just close and restart the program and it'll work fine. Have you used swivel before without it doing this?

Well, not exactly. I found out that I opened Intel(R) Graphics Media Accelerator Driver and I opened display setting section. I found that 32-bit is there but on some cases, Swivel don't find any of it. It's doesn't make any sense. Why I can't use Swivel meanwhile I have the required systems that it was all set on my PC? It doesn't make any sense. Not at all.

Keep in mind swivel is open source and might have a bug or two. I honestly can't figure out the problem. If you have access to another computer, i recommend just using it on there. It's a hassle, but it's better than nothing.
