Something pisses you off, what do you do? Do you take it out on something with misplaced aggression? Or do you meditate and walk it off or bottle it up and keep it to yourself?

I'm aware that the latter is apparently unhealthy, but there really is no medical basis for that. People who do the former don't seem to realize that anger comes and goes quicker than any kind of emotion.

So how do you spend your day angry?

Beat the shit out of a punching bag. Fuck technique, just go all out and visualize your elbow slamming into your problem that is metaphorically represented as the bag. Then once you get tired you can't be bothered being angry anymore.

Also good for cardio.

that's really bad advice. Catharsis, or letting your anger out on an object, creates the habit and dependency on that object, and you only become capable of expressing your anger when that object is around. It also makes the connection that violence is the appropriate way to express your anger.

My best advice is just to step back, wash your face and just count to ten slowly, and remind yourself that whatever you're upset about really isn't so big a deal in the grand scheme of things.

I see. I'll take back my advice.

Do some push ups.

Bottle it up. Asians aren't supposed to have feelings.

Too much arithmetic to consider emotions.

Assume X as a function of emotions which is indirectly proportional to Asian blood %, denoted by Y. When time t equals 0, X equals 0, and Y equals 0; At what time would it be when Asian's would feel emotion?

X.emotions indirectly.Proportional to Y.Asian
X = (1/y) k ; where k = constant proportionality

Derive both sides wrt time t:
dx/dt = -k (1/y^2) dt

Integrate both sides:
Imagedx/dt = -k(1/y^2) Imagedt
Imagedx/dt = -kt (1/y^2) + C ; C = Constant

My girlfriend sometimes gives me a back and foot rub if I'm really stressed out. Otherwise I'll just plop down on my couch and chill out.

Watch TV, play video games, and listen to music.

Distraction sometimes helps me forget my problems. Most of them, anyway.

Ever wonder why I am so chill? It's because I soak it in real damn hard for I do not want to look stupid in public, online or IRL. Besides, who am I in the grand scheme of things to make demands at whatever's pissing me off? Unfortunately I have a tendency to "leak" and lash out on a bad day.

Another way I deal with them is to bury them under tons of internet distraction, much like Stickboy111 over there.

Some times i just wanna go outside and just let out the anger cause it can not be contained.

or i pour water on my face to chill out.

then at most times i draw some childhood characters to relieve my stress, i did that last time when my sketch book got taken at school.(;=_=)

When i was younger I was terrible with anger management. Now i just learn to either not care about what's making me mad, or realize that there's no point in actually getting angry about it.
