MINOR UPDATE! HURRAH!
-Added a new ability. "Smoke Blade Onslaught" to Abilities.
-Tweaked some overall things, like the layout of Abilities and Levi's age.
-Updated some things in Appearance and Personality.

Ok first off, WTF does On Sight mean?
Secondly, why are all your updates minor?

Prolly just means he's here and available for battle or is ready to fuck up the first person he sees.

Because sometimes there are changes to be made that aren't a whole page long.
Because some people have viable characters who don't need a lot of revision past the introduction stage.
Because they might want to remind the community that their character is still alive.
Etc.

-Updated height and weight. (Growth spurt?)
-Actually separated the Special Techniques from Techniques. XD
-Tweaked and overall improved Levi's Backstory.
-Added two Special Techniques; "Smoke Clone Technique" and "Smoke Tendrils"
