Line. It's easier than brush, which always looks broken, and the tablets, for me, are IMPOSSIBLE to use.

I agree with you.Brush looks broken when we use it(Except brush user <_<).But i still confuse how Oxob can make Brush looks perfect or did he use line?

I prefer brush over line because I like drawing everything more. I also feel it's easier to make less stiff movements for brush than for line.

I've used Brush tool to make my stick figures. Some times it would help, but then again its frustrating when it doesn't have the perfect look I want. I guess I'll try using the line tool and see where things go.

I prefer brush.
I've tried line a few times, and I just don't enjoy animating with it much.
As for which is better though? That's something that's totally subjective.

Well, Oxob and Steel_Cold use tablets and adjust the smoothing on the brush from what i can gather.
I still prefer line, though.

Geo goes over the pros and cons pretty well in this.
Line is cleaner, more controlled, etc. but brush is faster and really holds more character, which is what animation is all about really.

Depending on your style, either one can be easier. For animations like PB's or Franco's, line is significantly easier. Learn to use both.

I've found brush tool easier for the most part because reasons duh. I've just recently started using line tool and it can be difficult if you give up easily or don't have a tablet.
