Story:
The year is 2013. Humans with strange abilities and mutations have been a common thing for as long as anyone can remember. Super soldiers ruled war and geniuses made consistent advances in technology. Heroes and villains alike have risen and fallen in the constant battle for world dominance. This has however all changed when a single being, a master manipulator, has risen to the top of the social hierarchy of Earth. This mystery man owns a massive corporation who's grubby fingers are buried in the shadows of every major government. This man uses his vast wealth and intellect to create new weapons of war, weapons so powerful that world domination is just around the corner. The fate of the world falls upon YOU to bring down this would-be tyrant. To derail his plans of domination. You are not alone in this conflict. Other warriors of justice have discovered his plans as well and are also working to bring him down. Will you have to courage to defeat the head of Vigilant Forces Incorporated?

Enemies:

Mercenaries - Men and women with guns and a thirst for blood money. They'll fight until it suits them to do otherwise.

Supers - Heroes and villains who you will meet as enemies in your path. They have a wide variety of abilities with each super having unique abilities. Every one of them has their own agenda.

The Rundown:
A massive weapon supplier and the world leaders in medical technology advancement is the global corporation Vigilant Forces Incorporated (or VFI for short). VFI is ruled by a super with massive intellect and resourcefulness. He's slowly rallied the world to his side as he plots for world domination. Your job is to bring down this corporation and defeat this super. However you will not be able to accomplish this goal alone. You'll need to recruit other supers to your cause if you have any hope of victory. Once you're sure that you've rallied enough support then you can attack VFI headquarters. How you go about this attack will be up to you, the players.

Character Creation Time!:

Character Creation will be nearly limitless in this RP, ranging from soldiers/warriors with weapons to supers with crazy unique powers. Get creative with this one. However do try to be balanced. If I deem your character too powerful I'll inform you and give you a chance to make adjustments.

Rules!:
Any action in your posts should not include the outcome of your action, unless it is very simple and non-combat related. For example:
"I jumped to my ally and cut the monster's head off!" should instead be "I jumped to my ally and attempted to cut the monster's head off!"
But "I said picked up the jar and sat it back down" would be fine since it's not combat related.

Include the term "WAHLUIGI NUMBAH WAHN" in your application so I know you actually read everything.

Don't make actions for other players without their consent. Don't try and make yourself the main star of the story, it's not just about you.

Don't be an asshat. Asshattish actions will be considered rule breaking and I will warn you before hand. If you continue your asshattish ways then you will be removed and your character will be brutally murdered.

WAHLUIGI NUMBAH WAHN

Name: Belissar Candela
Appearance: Belissar has a lean bodybuild and is of average height. He has short dark brown hair, thick eyebrows and a stylised pair of sideburns that covers the area under the cheekbones. Although he is 29 he seems like a man in his forties.
Slight Backstory: Belissar is an emissary agent sent by a secret organisation to defeat this mystery super. The organisation is called the Creed of Fire, a team of people that study the element of fire and strive to find new ways to manipulate it and modify it. They fear that if this powerful and mysterious individual reaches global domination the organisation will be jeopardized and so they sent one of their most powerful agents to topple him. Belissar will try to achieve his goal by any means possible, either recruit or join like-minded supers.
Personality: Belissar is serious and hard to be impressed but an easy-going and talkative man. However he's rather humourless. He rarely smiles and, chances are, you'll never see him laugh. Though he is sarcastic occasionally. Also, he tries to keep his cool when under-pressure.
Abilities: He is a comepetent close-quarters combatant and has a strong fist and grip but he will usually stick to safer and predictable moves. His endurance and dexterity are not too impressive but they are adequate. His stamina is also relatively high and has a steady aim.
Powers: Belissar himself only has the trite ability to manipulate and create fire. He is also more resisant to fire than normal humans.
Weapons/Equipment: His real power comes through his specially crafted gauntlets. They have a glove for the hand and a big tablet fixed in the metacarpal part of the glove. Through these, Belissar can create ''solid fire'' or ''yellow fire'' (due to the lemon colour of the flames). This solid fire can be used to create solid and stable objects of fire (though they can break through great force). It could be a sword, a shield or thrown projectiles. The gauntlets work due to the special material they were made and the rectangular indentations in the tablets. There are four of them, two in the front, one in the back and one in the smaller upper surface. The fire objects that come out from the back and small frontal indentations are attached to the gauntlet while the rest throw the yellow fire objects. His outfit includes a bulletproof jacket, shoulder-pads and knee pads.

Edit: I decided to elaborate on things by editing my post. If it isn't allowed I would delete the additions.
Yellow Fire trivia:
1) Unlike normal fire, yellow fire in itself isn't as hot as normal fire.
2) Yellow fire can create normal fire if it comes to contact with flamable materials.
3) Yellow fire projectiles will break into normal fire after hitting a target.

Name: Copperhead (Meredith Baker)
Status: Normal.
Appearance: A young slender woman in her late 20s with chin-length dirty blonde hair and silvery inquisitive eyes. She's about six feet in height, and is typically garbed in black tactical gear. Holstered on her belt are a satchel of specially crafted bullets and a highly modified pistol. She wields a very large sniper rifle on her back.

Slight Backstory: Her father left when she was five, and her mother died of fatigue/depression three years later, so she spent the rest of her life with her Aunt Gertrude. Her aunt was extremely strict and raised Meredith up to be a proper lady, despite her tomboyish tendencies. Rebelling, she joined the VFI and became a trained sniper. After learning about the truth of why she was fighting and who she was fighting for, she goes AWOL and becomes a mercenary, taking jobs to keep her self fed. After meeting another Super, she discovered her ability of power amplification. She stole her experimental weapons from VFI and customized them further.
Personality: Copperhead is sly and sarcastic, quick to judge and unashamed of her feelings. She is also very blunt. While she is talkative, she hates talking about her self or her past and rarely trusts or believes in anyone but her self. She is very dogmatic and traditional in her values. Due to her powers she has an inferiority complex, that she tries to hide by acting strong.
Abilities:
Implants - Copperhead is left handed and her left hand is infused with powerful metallic shock absorbers that outline the bones of her fingers. The skin barely covers these metallic implants so she wears a glove so that she doesn't scare the children. She doesn't fire with the glove on however. Consequently, her left hand is extremely strong and its grip is strong enough to crush concrete.
Marksman - She is an extremely skilled marksman, having training with most firearms, she can use and disassemble any gun with ease.
CQC - Copperhead is very fit and moderately strong. She is trained in enough CQC, close-quarters-combat, to disable and disarm her opponents if she has too.
Stealth - Copperhead is really good a infiltration and stealth, she typically resigns her self to reconnaissance however.
Vision - She has 20/8 vision and 20/7.5 if she squints. Eagles have about 20/5 vision.
Steel lungs - She can hold her breath up to 15 minutes without preparation and up to 20 minutes maximum.
Powers:
Power Amplification - She has the power to amplify others powers significantly by as much as two orders of magnitude or 100 times. She can also amplify multiple people but doing so divides the power up between them. Copperhead can allocate different power levels between individuals, but it becomes much harder the more people she powers up. The stronger the powerup, this shorter it lasts/can be used. She can even jumpstart the latent abilities of those who don't yet have their powers. She cannot use this ability on her self though. Power amplification occurs through direct skin contact. The more skin to skin contact, the greater the power boost. She can impart a power boost through a sticker but these aren't as potent and can be used by anyone with the sticker.

Weapons/Equipment:
Her tactical suit is bullet proof, water proof, and heat resistant, she also has a mask to complete the ensemble.
She has thermal, night vision googles.
Her sniper rifle called Reviathan, is a custom built experimental rifle that can fire practically any bullet up to 30 mm anti tank rounds. Even with 30 mm rounds, it is almost completely silent with no muzzle flash making it perfect for stealth and extremely unfair. It has can fire bullets as a railgun for even more power, but as a railgun, it cannot be silenced, takes 1 minute to fire and 5 minutes to cool down. The railgun fires bullets so fast that they lose their effects and become metal slugs.
Her pistol called Cracken, a custom built experimental pistol that can fire any bullet up to 15 mm or (.59 caliber). It is has no muzzle flash, and is nearly silent except for its distinctive "chink" sound. Despite, its absurd power it is quite slick looking and discretely blends in with her suit. Only Copperhead can fire it with out being severely injured, because of her implants. It is both magazine loaded and can take individual bullets.
Specially crafted bullets: She has hollow points, incendiary, cryo, remote detonation, and explosive bullets. She also has bullets with camera's attached (for recon), tranquilizers, magnetic bullets, and bullets with homing signals. She even has support bullets like those that shoot healing agent and sticker bullets that carry a minor power boost from her as well.

Name: Frank Langston
Appearance: Medium build, with a ripped and worn charcoal-grey coat. Two similar grey eyes hide under whiteish-blond hair. Under his jacket is a plain white dress shirt, and a red tie. Around his neck is a camera.
Slight Backstory: Born a child of an rock star and a writer, Frank was raised quite differently than other normal children. Even though his father was known to be a music genius, he, possessed with fame, would party hard right after a successful concert.
Going home drunk, he would physically abuse Frank, though he soon got used to his father's bravado and habits.
His mother, however, would not even notice Frank. Cooped up in her bedroom, she would write for days on end, thousands and thousands of words. Frank soon learned to fend for himself, being the family's cook and
housekeeper, quickly hiding the booze bottles when a neighbor or someone came close to his house. With his hard work, he became a writer for one of the greatest newspaper companies, before a angry mob burned the facility.
All alone, his survival skills were put to the test once more. Some of the mob were out for his blood, so learning hand to hand combat was essential. Eventually deserting the town, he wandered around cities, stopping to write in his notepad before going on.
Personality: Frank is a level-headed, sarcastic individual, but shows signs of craziness from his father in some situations. He prefers to be alone, but can be extremely useful to a group. He hates
laziness with a vengeance. He is uncomfortable being a leader if with a group. Fun Fact: Houses pretty good burns. Many have flinched.
Abilities:
Trained Survivalist: Through luck and hard months, Frank is incredibly hard to kill. Being alone in harsh climates makes him more resistant to heat and cold than the average human being.
Lucky Shot: Frank knows some close hand combat, using the area around him to his advantage, and also his uncanny luck. He calls this style of fighting "Lucky Shot".
Tinker: He can make makeshift weapons, and can use them with strangely good prowess, like if it was with him all his life.
Powers: None, he ain't a superhuman.

Weapons/Equipment:
He has a camera which is modified to not take pictures, but do a extreme flash equivalent to a flash-bang grenade.
A pack on his back contains all the tools of a survivalist, including the normal swiss army knife, roll out bed, etc.

Name: Gary O' Neil
Appearance: Large, tall guy that wears formal black clothing. Bushy mustache, wears a bowler hat. Unknown if he has hair under the hat.
Slight backstory: He was a natural born leader. He was very good in school and was highly independent, though he did enjoy company. He later started working for the government to protect people.
Personality: No-nonsense type of person who is smart and well educated. He's generally stern to people but is very nice to his close friends and family. Takes many risks.
Abilities: Strong and good durability and stamina. Lacking in speed though. Can easily adapt to surroundings.
Powers: Abnormally good durability and stamina.
Weapons: Teddy bear that is secretly a robot. Can function independently and is generally used as a spy. The teddy bear can also act as a taser and flashlight.

Name: Telkar Reach. Shorthand is Tel. (Real name is Telkar Reacher the Fourth)
Appearance: Asian descent with his black short hair and yellowish skin, tanned by the sun. 1 meter and 85, his height is considered ideal, and he's well-built muscle-wise due to his training, but hidden underneath his clothes. He wears a long sleeved grey sweater beneath his Kelvar armor he filched from a random police station. Wears a black elastic pair of jeans for comfort of movement. Also sports a black school jacket from "Yasogami High".
Slight Backstory: a gifted child in a rich, noble family. To put it bluntly and simply, his life was smooth sailing, filled with success. But even so, he was inclined to approach people with misfortunes and observed them, thereby learning about the failures of others secondhand. His rich family was also very supportive and kind, which resulted in his "perfect" personality. He now decides to explore the world and learn more about "supers", and more importantly, other people's stories.
Personality: he loves to learn new things. And thanks to his gifts, he's very good at it. Calm, easygoing and jolly by default, but his personality is malleable and adaptable enough to be anything he wants. So he can be an actor if he wants to. Really likes interacting with others, and fond of books. He does have a hidden side, however, that seeks things that are impossible to attain, and proceeds to attain them, whether it's stories, skills or even titles. But overall a nice and kind person thanks to his family. If somewhat dazed at times, lost in his thought process.
Abilities:
-Familial Blessings: Trained Body: the perfect genes lead to the perfect body capable of great human potentials, and possibly even more. Whether seeing or hearing, he's top notch of the line human-wise. He's also taught by various masters and now a master of all martial arts and weapons. No practical experience, however.
-Familial Blessings: Gifted Mind: capable of learning from observation, and emulating it in his mind, allowing for internal practicing and mastery. Can also greatly influence the body and senses, strengthening it. Has a strong mental fortitude, also due to training and using.
-Familial Blessings: Well-read Knowledge: learnt a lot, so he can act as Google, dispensing necessary information for any situations. Still learning, though.
-Familial Blessings: Actor's Guile: adaptable and malleable personality with the fitting behaviors, gestures.
Powers: His family is rich and noble, but not without tricks.
-Familial Blessings: Aura Projection: capable of creating auras that improve strength, endurance (and regeneration), intelligence (brain processing speed) or agility (flexibility). Can be either a 20 radius circle or completely covers one person. (that boosts everything) Drains willpower. Normally lasts 1 hour under normal condition for one type. Can use multiple ones. Still improving, which will reduce willpower cost, and new ones can be added. If completely mastered, can create all 4 auras 24/7.
-Complete Perception: a personal skill born from his desire to learn and help others. By coming into contact with another, he can decipher their electrical impulses and signals to decipher their memories, experiences, and skills. The closer it is to the brain, the faster and easier it will be. However, it takes time, so it's best used when the enemy is knocked out cold. And this is like observation, so the other person will still be conscious and not negatively affected by the act. Takes 30 minutes for full memory and experience scanning via the head. Another 30 minutes for skills. If via other parts, then 1 hour for each. Still improving. If completely mastered, it will happen instantly.

Name: Magnus "Minos" Frey
Height: 6'7"
Race: Irish/Scottish
Age: 24
[Appearance]: Magnus is a bigger than average man with rippling muscles usually barely concealed under a long sleeve black shirt. Everything below his collarbone is human in appearance, but his head is that of a hairy bull, he's a Minotaur, two massive horns jut from the side of his temple. He wears loose jeans to conceal his bulky legs, which are much more fuzzy than a regular human's legs.

[Slight Backstory]: He was born a normal human, but as he grew older, he experienced rapid physical and hair growth, his mouth elongated, and he grew two massive horns from the sides of his forehead. VGI, acknowledging him as a possible threat, evicted him of all his possessions, feeling a bit angry, Magnus now looks for a way to strike back at VGI, not only for vengeance, but because he's heard of their plans to take over the world...
[Personality]: Magnus may seem intimidating, but he's actually quite easy-going and kind hearted. He is willing to follow orders, and he isn't afraid to put himself in harm's way to protect the people he cares about. He is very protective of those he gets to trust, and he's very open minded and talkative once you get to know him.
[Abilities]: Being a Minotaur, Magnus has very high strength, enough to lift a forklift. (I know that's a random object, first thing to come to my mind.) His endurance is very high as well. His speed isn't the greatest, but when he gets going, he's almost impossible to stop. His charge is very effective at destroying barriers, mowing down enemies, etc. He can also leap up to twenty feet in the air, as his legs are extremely muscular.
[Powers]: He can headbutt or stomp the ground to create small earthquakes or small cracks in the ground to throw enemies off balance or entrap them in the earth.
[Weapons/Equipment]: He wears chain-mail and plate armor over his normal clothes. As for a weapon, he carries an enchanted ax his father gave him as a child. The ax turns into the material of whatever it touches. So if it touches something indestructible, the ax head will become indestructible as well. It will not react to anything organic, so it won't turn into flesh if it cut into it. It can turn into liquid, but if he were to touch the shaft onto something solid, the ax head would reform.

A five by four auburn haired female with brown eyes. Her hair is cut short to her shoulders with a slight curl at the ends. She wears a VFI guard uniform, pistol holsters on her sides and a leather sheath for her scimitar. A bullet-proof vest is hidden underneath her uniform and additional pads [knees, shoulders and bracers] keep for somewhat protected.

Cecile Farcaster was a lot of things: a medic, widow and then mother. The latter was taken away forcibly with the death of her only son.

She used to be one of VFI's top medics, sent into the field when police or the army is in need of skilled practitioners. Her ice powers [though used in secret] easily kept patients numbed to the pain and proved especially helpful to transferring amputees across the area with little to no blood loss. In one of her shifts, she accidentally stumbled on plans made by VFI superiors and decided she wanted none of it. Unbeknownst to her, she was spotted and reported.

Cecile and her family, which only consisted of her twelve year old son and herself, were taken into custody. Imprisoned separately, the mother could no longer hear her child.

Released several weeks later, she was given the chance to see her son only to find his newly dead corpse bleeding out onto the cell floor. Enraged, she froze her captors and fled with her son's body.

She gave her son a funeral afterwards and made a pact against the VFI. Using the blood she had on her hands, the blood of her son, and water around her, she created ice she then sculpted into Memento.

Despite her past, she retains her motherly nature. She cares for those around her and those she trusts. With her pact, she is determined to seek out VFI and destroy them. She speaks softly and is observant, something that came with being a medic for five years. She exudes an unnatural calmness in any situation and tries to think rationally when in danger.

She dislikes talking about her family.

Cryogenesis : Capable of freezing the moisture (at will) in the air to form ice crystals of different shapes and sizes. She cannot manipulate how the ice forms but she can focus her ability to affect one certain area, decreasing its temperature to a point of near absolute zero. Once the ice forms, she can 'leave' her impression on it which means that the ice never melts unless she allows it to. Ice she creates have an inherent likeness to steel.

  • Sculpting tools: Tools of her hobby before the war. She uses them to craft weapons and tools from the ice she forms, chiselling away at her immortal ice.
  • Memento: An ice scimitar she crafted using the blood of her dead son and water. Strands of red blood vein out from the blade's edge and handle. Symbolic in nature, it represents a sort of pact and constant reminder she did to ensure she'd continue the path against the VFI. She keeps it in a brown leather sheath tied to her pants.
  • Twin pistols [Winter Raptors]: Standard pistols in the current age, holds ten .44 caliber rounds. Winter Raptors are unsuited for continuous fire and are instead used for single shot strikes. Similar in appearance to its predecessor the Desert Eagle.
  • Backpack: Contains money, a water canteen, rations of food, binoculars, Winter Raptor mags, first aid kit and a book.

Name: Amanita Foxglove

Age: 16

Appearance: Amanita is 5’1 ft and weighs about 104 lbs. She wears nothing but her blue patient cloth gown since she escaped from the hospital. She has short, black hair with green hair dye along the edges. She’s a bit skinny due to her vomiting problems (she’s not anorexic or bulimic). One nose piercing on the left side of her nose, and has sickly pale Caucasian skin. Her veins can be shown when she’s in a lot of stress, it glows green meaning that she’s about to produce toxic fumes.

Slight Backstory:
Amanita was once a trained herbalist, until one day she mistaken two types of mushrooms that she found. They both look the same, so she took either one of them, but paid an ultimate price. The mushroom she ate wasn’t grown naturally anywhere on Earth, which means she ate some kind of mysterious fungi that no one has heard of. She fell into a seizure and was hospitalized, but no matter what the doctors do, none of the treatments work. She fell into symptoms like excessive coughing, discoloration, heat flashes, hypothermia, dizziness, headaches, confusion, hallucination, and vomiting (at times she vomits/coughs out blood). She was informed by the doctor that she doesn’t have much time to live, giving her exactly 3 months tops. As other doctors try to examine her, they end up getting poisoned by grabbing her toxic skin. Soon, the ill-fated doctors and nurses die in a few days. The cops came by and informed her that they'll take her to VFI and have her experimented, possibly planning on using her toxins for chemical warfare. Rather than spend her entire depleting life in a lab, she escapes from the hospital. Wearing nothing but her patient gown, she hope to find someone that can cure her and not be treated like a lab rat.

Personality: She’s very grouchy, stubborn, very paranoid, and extremely ill. She’s mostly in a pissy mood due to her lack of sleep (her sickness keeps her awake) and her excessive awareness. Before she got sick, she was still stubborn, but not much of a complainer.

Abilities: Enhanced Awareness, Disease Immunity, Skilled Herbalist

Powers: Amanita can coat her skin in poison at will and with the slightest touch, it will get somebody sick and later die. If she's under too much pressure, she can build up enough toxins to produce a toxic cloud out of her pores. Once she releases the poisonous gases, she passes out from pressure. She can also produce hallucinogenic spores that can make her enemies hallucinate for an extended period. If angered, she can produce as much poison as she can to make her enemy suffer. Unbeknownst to her, the more she uses her powers, the more it's slowly killing her.

Name: Draou

Age: (Actual age unknown, body of a 23 year old, doesn't appear to be aging)

Appearance: Draou is Caucasian, 5'7", Ectomorph (For those that didn't pay attention in Health class... it means he has a thin, lean build for his height), has dark hazel eye color, clean shaven, unkempt dark brown hair (short), wears a black synthetic (waterproof cloth) high collar jacket with no hood, wears a black synthectic long sleeved T-Shirt under jacket, dark green cargo pants, black running shoes with metal reinforcement on the bottom(s), wears a black baseball cap drooped over face to hide his facial appearance as much as possible, has metal reinforced glasses (doesn't actually need them, but wears them to make his face less recognizable.), and wears dark green synthetic gloves (same material as jacket) at all times. Draou also has scars running up from either side of his chin, stopping near his forehead (This tends to make him look slightly more serious than he actually is.)

Personality: Draou tends to be silent in serious situations, only contributing what he feels is necessary in a conversation if he is not very interested in it. While not a shy individual, Draou does not prefer the company of others, simply because he does not trust them. While Draou can seem to be a recluse, he is very kind and energetic when in uncommon, comfortable situations and can handle himself socially quite well. However, a minor flaw in his personality is that when he is interested in something, he will tend to talk way too much about it. This can create awkward situations in which Draou is ignored by others to an extent. Above all, Draou is focused on helping others above helping himself. This does not mean he is unwilling to inflict pain or even death on others if it is for the greater good, which is his highest cause. Whatever he believes is necessary for this goal, he will carry out, regardless of what type of action he may be committing. This includes the willingness to suffer as much pain as needed in order to preserve his ideals. Draou is also very humble and does not wish to take glory in what he does for petty reasons that are not important to his goal. Draou is also alright with being put into supportive roles in a group (what he is best at), as he only cares about the results of his actions.

Powers:

- Has very fast perception and awareness of his surroundings, resulting in very fast reaction time (fast enough to notice bullets in-flight, but not fast enough to physically dodge them with just his normal body.)

- Trained extensively in stick fighting, specifically with a quarterstaff/bo-staff.

- Highly intelligent, splendid tactician and scientist.

- Excellent acrobat (not legendary skill or anything, but still good.)

- Draou has knowledge burned into his brain (non-literal) on how to use and recreate several complex devices of "his own" creation.

- Weakness: Limited stamina.

- Weakness: Lack of regular meditation leads Draou to become physically sloppy in his actions and unable to use any advanced parts of his abilities

- Weakness: Draou tends to speak out what he is planning to do when he feels he has the situation under complete control. While not pure overconfidence, it is more of a bad habit he has developed overtime.

Appearance: Shaggy dark brown hair that covers his chocolate brown eyes. He has a dawn blue parka with fluffy white fur on the cuffs and hood. He has black mittens and blue jeans. Underneath the parka he has a brown shirt on. When all zipped up, the collar of the parka goes up to his nose. Imagine an Ice climber, but cuter and no hammer.

K I know I'm not supposed to double post, but this has nothing to do with my character these are just questions so I don't want to lump this together with my character profile.

Question for Ignusburns; How exactly does that ax work? I mean does that mean if he cuts into a human, his ax turns into skin then muscle then bone? Or if it turns into concrete, wouldn't it break itself when it hits concrete? But of course if it does touch skin or cloth, it wouldn't be strong enough to cut through the original substance. What if it touches a liquid? Will it turn into a liquid? Kinda sounds illogical and useless.
