If you mean is a soundtrack it's own genre, no it is not. The music within a soundtrack usually conforms to one or two major genres.

And pertaining to the purpose of this poll, I usually like upbeat/hopeful music the most.

There's only 4 genres of music in this world and two of them are the same thing slightly altered.

I like Drum N Bass, Electro, Dubstep, Hard dance, Future Bass, Breaks, and Some Drumstep.

I like electronic music. And Externus makes a good point.

I personally don't like putting music into specific genres, there's so much you can do with music it's impossible to define different subsets of it in some solid cookie cutter fashion. Or maybe all my music is all Avante-Garde ish or just really underground, who knows? Either way, even if you were to only stick to only the current existing predefined genres of music, the list would be waaaayyyy to huge to put in a poll here. The genres you have set here are very very extremely limiting.

I don't really listen to music enough to care about the genre.

I prefer Classical/Instrumental/Electronic music. However, I DO NOT like Dubstep, although I don't hate it.
