So, after using Pivot on and off for ~8 years (and just as I started being able to do actually good animations) I got Flash 8. After animating some walks/runs and a basic punch, there were two immediate thoughts:

1. Oh my god, this is easy.
2. Oh my god, this is so fun.

Here's the first animation I did: http://www.fastswf.com/emtTquo . Something tells me I am going to be sticking with flash once I get the hang of it. Anyone have any stories of converting from one piece of software to another?

One day, I decided that Stick Nodes was awful and couldn't give me results that I wanted, at least compared to Pivot, and decided to try my hand at stop motion, cuz I'm to poor to buy myself a laptop. Yeah. I've enjoyed it, but I haven't had time to do anything lately.

Not for me, lol.
Maybe you have a spark I don't, but its frustrating when things don't come up like you want to.
If you could make that so easily, then you must have a talent for it,

xD I don't mean it's super easy as a whole; I haven't done much but simple no=angle-or-background animations yet. But, oh man, not having to do every single damn tiny little movement makes it a lot harder for everything to be smooth and realistic. That's the biggest change from moving from pivot to flash imo.
