(If you add her in, put her in the village where Adam annd Venor are. She could see the two huge, treasure hunter esque looking dudes and try and hook up with them...)

Edac quickly ran to the tower,as he gazed at the door, with a gold painted door handle, he looked at the very top of it wich had a single window at the top.

edac: hmm, if there is a wizard in here he could tell me were to find the artifact,i cant let it fall into the hands of corrupted beings.

he readies his cross bow and starts his way up the tower

Adam sighed at the pitiful amount of gold he received, "You can keep your masks, I'm good, though my buddy here might want one..." He replied, patting Venor on the shoulder...

The next morning, Grace woke up, still cuddled up next to Vents. She smiled and decided to stay there for a moment, forgetting about the Artifact, the danger, and just living in the peaceful moment. okay, that's enough peace. She quietly slid out of bed, trying not to wake her sleeping companion.

Venor- Just how far is that town?...Or how much would you want for a mask?

Now when the night came, and streets got emptier, Venor felt a little bit more comfortable.

Venor-I won't have much use of this money anyway...

Gregory immediately started throwing milk bottles at the wolf. One of the glass bottles smashed into smithereens, and the shards of glass smashed into the wolf's head. (it was close range combat, and it's pretty much inevitable that the glass would break and slash you if somebody threw a glass bottle up close at your face.)

Adam pulled his spare bag of gold out of his pocket, "Yeah how much you want for a mask? We're kind of in a hurry..."

Xiu smiled earnestly, but a vein popped in her forehead.

Did she just ignore me?! And why the heck is she giving us a Quest? All we wanted were directions!

Instead, Xiu kept her thoughts to herself and glanced away from the old lady, hiding her annoyance.

"Ummm, that's nice Maam....but uhhhh..."

Trailing off, she noticed the annoyed Para and quickly recalled his dilemma.

"Oh that's right," exclaimed Xiu, pounding her fist into her palm as though she had gotten the correct answer, "You would't have any spare paper perchance? My friend has some trouble speaking."

Adam sneered, "Oh come on! You gave us this money so you could con us into giving it back!" he growled.
Time for a little demonic tricks... He thought...
His scars growed bright red, as did his eye, he began to try and hypnotize the merchant...
He said, "You're going to take this bag of money, give me your masks, and walk away...

Venor-Well, what about that one...?

He pointed his finger at mask with calming and control of mind tag on it.

Then he saw what Adam was doing, and went quiet, if he could he'd probably frown.

*Para takes the sheets and nods his head in thanks.

*Para somehow manages to fit all of the paper under his hat except 1. He also takes out a pen and writes something down on the piece of paper. He then hands it to the lady.
* It reads: "thank you" in fancy script.
