Well then, here goes nothing.
Venor
Tall, massive statue, made out of black, polished marble, without any face features, except for a one hole in a place, where his right eye should be. Has a posture of a "well built" male, although it's not too detailed, just enough to see a human-like form in it. Rock itself is always warm in touch. Through the hole, shines bright red light, that's his eye. When around cities, or any other civilized places, he wears an old, long coat with a hood, that covers his body completely. His voice is echoing, every time he says something, and seems to come from his whole body.
Once, Venor was a human, growing up in a small village where the disasters of this world, haven't quite reached yet, living a simple life with his family and friends. He and his best friend, Prod, grew up together. They knew each other from the earliest years, and had no secrets from each other. At least that's what Venor thought. When they were both in about age of 20, Prod, under cover of the night, woke Venor up, and told him, that he discovered something unbelievable, and that there's no time to waste. Venor followed him into the woods, until he lost the sense of time. They reached a giant building by the lake, made entirely out of black marble, that Venor has never seen before. As they went inside, he saw a giant hall, full of statues, and an altar in the center. Then, Prod, with tears in his eyes, stabbed him with a knife several times, saying that he's sorry, over and over again, saying that it had to be done. As Venor was loosing his consciousness, Prod put his body on the altar, and began some weird kind of ritual, trying to summon his "Master". A giant explosion of white light, was the last thing that Venor remembered from his previous life. He woke up without a physical body, in the ruined building. As he felt his life force, running out, he latched to the first physical object, that seemed to be the appropriate, a marble statue. His village was destroyed, and long since abandoned, he had no idea how much time passed. Now, as a ghost, he seeks answers, revenge, and a way, to get back to his previous life.
Venor is quiet, and rarely speaks up, often using gestures instead, which doesn't mean he doesn't think much. He's a loner, but not because he chosen to be one. Other creatures (mostly humans) treat him like a monster, and only few are actually able to see past his ominous appearance. Because of his prolonged loneliness, and lack of goal in "life", he's numb to most of the emotions. But has a great respect for life, he despises, and sometimes even punishes those, who in his judgment waste their life, or take other's life for fun or material goods, and will refuse to hurt the innocent. Again, because his "life" is really pointless, he's very inquisitive, that makes him investigate anything that managed to catch his attention, just to get himself busy for at least short period of time. Has almost no knowledge of social standards, which in result may lead to some awkward situations.
Venor's body is made out of extremely durable marble, enhanced by blood and magic , protecting him from the dangers of this world, but when enough pressure is put on one point, large chunk of his body might break like glass.
He feels no hunger, thirst, or tiredness, but from time to time, he has to put himself into some kind of trance, where he can't act, talk, etc. It's his kind of sleep, that can take from hours, to days, depending on how long he was active, and how much he used his power.
He's incredibly strong physically, but overusing his strength results results in weakening the marble. (Which is gained back when he "sleeps")
Once he gains some momentum, you might be surprised, how fast he is able to run
He can feel the presence of other living creatures' souls/spirits around him. (Does not work on dead, undead or soulless creatures)
Venor can transform all non-living materials, into the same black marble that he is made out of, as well as manipulate it. For him, it's like a plasticine, that he can bend to his will, to create various object, or even change his own shape.
If his "primary" statue gets destroyed, he has only couple of seconds, to latch to any other physical object, before he will die for good. (He can then transform it into marble, and the cycle starts over again) He can also leave it willingly.
His old coat. Also, he can create an empty space inside his body (in his torso for example), that lets him carry additional stuff, making it some sort of a backpack..i guess?
He's scared of heights, and being betrayed again.
Oh, also, im a little teapot :3
