Abilities:
Time Manipulation- he can slow time down at different speeds for a short amount
of time
Peak Human Condition- his body and mind function at near superhuman condition
Stealth mode- his suit generates an invisible field around his body
making him completely invisible to the naked eye
Weapons:
Duel Silenced pistols- with bullets that can pierce through any known material
Modified Karambit- handy when in closer combat
-he also has an unlimited supply of grenades, stun grenades, and ammo
-he can bring one primary weapon to use in each battle (assault rifle, sniper, or shotgun)
Weaknesses:
-his time manipulation can be disrupted by other time users
-he cannot effectively block weapons so he has to resort to dodging
-after the first use of his stealth mode he cannot use it again for the rest of the battle
-he still has to reload his guns when they run out of bullets which can leave him open for attacks
-basic human weaknesses
-infrared vision can spot Scope in stealth mode
Story:
Scope was originally created as just another stickfigure with the sole purpose to be killed off in
another RHG's demo, but when he arrived to the arena things went horribly wrong. He outsmarted the gladiator
and accidentally killed him. He was then collected and sent off to fight in another demo but he refused and
ended up escaping the place. Scope decided to start a new life on Stickpage and he eventually found the green bandana
while searching through the ruins of an old town. The bandana granted him the ability to manipulate time. While going
through Stickpage looking for a job a red stickfigure approached him and told him about the death of the RHG that he was
apart of. Scope confirmed it to be true and that was when he got his first job, he had to go and kill a former gladiator that
was causing trouble around the city. After completing the job he then was given more contracts and more targets and eventually
he became a mercenary going by the name Scope given to him by a contractor. He currently continues to kill RHGs and people
for money living in an abandoned warehouse where his growing collection of firearms are stored.

View Profile Sick demo, but unlimited ammo seems OP since he can just hide behind a wall and repeatedly shoot the opponent.

I don't really think it's OP. Since I'd find it annoying having to animate a character only having a set amount of ammo, and once you'd run out then it'd be over.
Also, I like this guy, especially the demo. Though slowing down time can be pretty powerful for a gun user, since you can slow down time and have a easier target to shoot.

View Profile Awesome character, but the only things that I think are op are the bullets. If they are able to pierce through any material, then other RHGs would not be able to block your attacks. That's basically giving us the same weakness that your character has while fighting against you.

Since there aren't really any limits to his abilities he can basically turn invisible, slow down time, and instakill every opponent he fights with his unblockable bullets. It's not like dodging them really matters much either since he can, yknow, have an unlimited amount. It doesn't matter how tough they are since his bullets can pierce anything. It doesn't matter how fast they are since he can slow time, and it doesn't really matter otherwise what abilities they have because he can just turn invisible and they won't be able to do crap about it.

I think you misread my page. There are limits to his abilities. They have their own section called
"Weaknesses". His bullets can't pierce through anything. They can "pierce through any
known material", that doesn't include magic, demon, and other supernatural/one of a kind weapons and abilities 99% of RHGs seem to have. He can also only manipulate time in small bursts giving enough time for his opponent to react before they get killed (especially speedy RHGs). I don't think he's all that op compared to what I've seen here and it doesn't really matter since I know I won't animate him insta-killing his opponents in battle. Thanks though.
