The "failed" are awake and they want revenge. They've given themselves a mission, to find the facility producing these now completed projects. The problem is that the first generation of the completed are now stronger than they were before with newfound enhancements. Will the "failed" be able to over throw the facility, or will the completed destroyed the rejected soldiers?
Enhancements
Your enhancements should be based of something that could only be given to you through technology. So stuff like magic and anything related to fantasy will not be excepted. But if there is a power you really want make sure you have good way of backing it up. Don't just say "He can control fire because of some technical in him." That will not be accepted.
~Enemies~
There will be 3 different types of enemies you will be fighting.
Soldiers: Regular soldiers, nothing special about them. Except the usually come in teams of around 50.
Robots: Usually ten robots per team. They will be equipped with guns, shields, and electric swords.
Mechs: Giant robots only 1 will attack you and has a soldier inside. Equipped with mini guns and giant combat knives.
The other team: Of course you have the other team to worry about. They will be trying to kill you.
~Goals~
The "Failed": You are currently in Washington, DC. Your memory has been wiped clean of where exactly the Facility is located. You must first infiltrate the Capital (The building, not the state.) and find the information you want. After that get to the Facility and stop the operation.
The Completed: Your job is simple, kill the "failed" before they get to the facility.
~Combat rules~
Combat will be determined through your character's enhancements. Their I will be registering their strength, speed, and strategic ability. I'll also be putting in account of what makes sense. If your fighting a character with magnetic enhancements and you have a metal arm, then I'm pretty sure you know who would be victorious in that fight. Any damages that were inflicted on you will of course be carried with you until I decided they healed or if they are on your enhancements, I will be sure to have specialized mechanics throughout the RP.
~Rules~
-No godmodding
-Fights, romance, and cussing are allowed
-No killing without my say so
-Auto hits will be turned on to a certain point. (Examples are somewhere down there.)
-No sexual stuff
If you break these rules, I'll be sure your character dies a horrible, embarrassing death. :^D

~Notes~
-Your character must be somewhere around 15 - 19 as the were kids when they were abducted.
-Your character must be an orphan, how they became one doesn't matter.
-If you happen to become inactive your character will be following us around quietly or PM me if you would like me to take control of your character.
-If you need to leave and know you won't be back just PM me and they will die an honorable death, don't worry we will recruit someone else.
-The completed are meant to be a little OP compared to ONE "failed" as there are only 3.
~Auto hit~
Only minor attacks will be auto hits. (I.e: Person 1 punches person 2 in the face.)
I will be judging major and possibly deadly attacks. (I.e: Person 1 launches a death beam at person 2.)
ME!!
I will of course keep the RP ready and flowing when I can.
I will be portraying the Administrator, sending the Completed out on missions that I believe they can complete based of of their Enhancements.
I will also be the mechanics placed all throughout the RP, providing upgrades and fixing any damages done to your enhancements.
~Just stuff I've seen that bothers me.~
-If you see my character suggest something, don't immediately think that's what I want and agree with it. I'm just RPing, feel free to have your character put up an argument.
- Don't make yourself the center of attention, this will make me want to kill your character off faster.
- And please don't think I am giving myself special properties because I organised this, I promise I will follow the rules too.
-I really do want everyone's characters to live at the end of this but be smart, if you put yourself in a fight that your character won't be able to leave alive, don't engage, run. Fighting is not the mission of the "Failed", just the completed.
-MOST IMPORTANT: IDC what relationship you have with mine or anyone else's character's, if you put yourself in a "dumb fight" you will die. CASE CLOSED!

Enhancement: Eric has been experimented on heavily, being repeatedly killed and and shocked back to life, torn apart and put back together. He ended up with robotic arms covered in synthetic skin and a glowing green orb of energy, placed carefully in his heart. These made him able to able to disperse high amounts of colored energy. Each color serves a different purpose.
Yellow - Pierces through objects
Blue - Explosion produced from his energy is increased
Red - Overall size of laser is increased
White - combines with objects when launched, creating a railgun effect.
Weapon: Eric carries around a simple staff, no bigger than a ruler, that corresponds with his powers.
red - length of staff is increased
Blue - Impact of staff is increased
yellow - slashes through enemies as if it were a sword

Bio: Eric was the first to become kidnapped and experimented on. He was strong, strong enough to be considered a completed... If he wasn't such a dick. After causing numerous fights with the scientist and killing an important member of the Dominate Branch, The Facility decided to kill him (or rather, tried) and trash him. He had awoken a few months later surrounded by people like him. He visited the junkyard everyday, watching as the others awoke and left and some who had still not waken up.
Personality: Eric may seem like an asshole at first glance, and second, and maybe even third. But deep down He is actually a very caring person, he will on numerous occasions jump in to a fight that he has no business being in just so a friend does not need to. He would never admit it but he actually gets attached to people very quickly and loves making friend. Though his short temper and harsh attitude often steer people the wrong way.
Reason for being "Thrown Away": Started fights with scientist, killing a member of the Dominate Branch, sometimes let off random bursts of energy.
Extra: Thanks to the constants experiments, when under extreme amounts of stress Eric begins to go into a psychotic phase. Which he attacks anything he sees as a threat towards him. He cares little about remorse, pity or mercy, he'll kill without so much as a second thought.
Due to the streams of heated energy when using his powers, his finger nails are black as a result.
