Metallic Body: His biology is largely metal, making him quite durable. This metal also acts as his skin and is weak at joints, he needs to move after all. This metal is a softer-than-normal steel. Due to the nature of metal, the softness means it is less practical for slicing trees but also harder to cut through. Though, in certain places the metal is extremely hard (thus making it more brittle), the places include his tentacles, fingers, knees, and elbows.

The Omega Halo: He has a circular weapon that floats around him that he is highly proficient in, the weapon is also magical and nigh-indestructible. This weapon is referred to as the Omega Halo. The Omega "Halo" is not the classical image one would typically get though; it is two-and-a-half feet in diameter and glows a golden color like a night-light. It also leaves painful burns.
For all purposes, we will consider this a holy weapon but not one of a god on earth. So, if you are vulnerable to holy weapons you will be affected, but not if you are weak to Christian artifacts.

Healing Factor: It's like the minute hand on a clock, under observation it can be spotted working but is still quite slow. This healing factor can recover entire limbs, though that could take a good 15 minutes. Tentacles regenerate the fastest out of any part of the body, but this is only obvious over long periods of time, "long" being a relative term to combat length.

Physical Capability: This goes over the variety of physical assets and how well they are. Like you know, strength, durability, etc.

Weaknesses:
Metallic Biology: Omega has the weaknesses that naturally come with being largely metal. Magnets, rust, his skin getting broken and starting to cut into him, etc.

Red Mage Weakness: His powers over the four elements are easily over-powered, he is not highly proficient in these skills. In fact, Omega is like a red mage from final fantasy, yes he can do a lot of things others can, but any other party member could beat him in their specialized subject.

Poison/Disease: While he does recover quickly from sickness, Omega's fast healing is effectively shut down when he is sick or poisoned. Depending on the strength of the poison, this doesn't necessarily mean he goes unaffected by poison.

Tentacle Reliance: Cut off those tentacles and he quickly loses mobility, range, presence, and his sense of balance. He uses them heavily in combat for moving around and their growth ability is extremely dangerous so he's learned to rely on the tentacles, losing them makes him significantly less dangerous for this reason. Also, losing a significant amount of weight in the fashion of dismemberment may cause him to have difficulties standing (Place a thirty-pound weight on your right shoulder blade while fighting a dude and try not to fall down).

Balance Issues: He is skinny and due to the tentacles on his back, his weight is off balance. A frontal assault will cause him to fall over 90% of the time. The other 10% was stopped from him rooting his own tentacles in the ground to support his weight. But, he is is still used to this weight on his back, so this will not likely affect him if he's just standing precariously over a ledge. Now pushing him while he stands precariously on an edge... that's a different story.

Tactics: Seeing as everybody would think of different ways to use these powers, as they are quite versatile, I feel it is needed to add a section on how he fights.

Omega never has, and never will be, a one-trick pony. Knowing that in any single category he is almost bound to be weaker than a specialized opponent, he constantly mixes up what he's doing. He really is hard to predict.

Although, he has consistency. First off, he rarely uses elemental control at all. Unless an opponent has pushed him to no other option or made it extremely convenient (Oh you're an android who is prone to rust? Water cannon!), he will not use it. The reason for this is because it's not really a strong suit for him.

Secondly, he uses his tentacles with an almost religious fervor. They grant him all sorts of benefits so why not use them? He can block with them, root himself into the ground to prevent falling, pull himself to a solid surface or swing around lie Spider-Man, etc. It is such an obviously useful power so he uses it to his full advantage. It is rare to see his tentacles not sprawled all over the place. Plus, his tentacles heal quite quickly from his healing factor in comparison to the rest of his body so he doesn't mind losing two of them if it means distracting the opponent. Granted, the healing factor is still quite slow.

Lastly, Omega always has a way to run, always. He examines battlegrounds carefully before fighting in them. He typically uses this to go hide for a while and let his healing factor run before ambushing the opponent mercilessly or just finding a new place to hide. If there is a way to run, he will make sure to use it later if it is needed.

Personality: He can be described with words that would not be used in polite company. He has an absurd ego (he is a god, after all) and is quite transparent with how he feels about humans (they are mortals, after all). He always believes he is in control or can put things into control. He is calm, always composed, he believes that with his talents nothing can go wrong. And if things do go wrong, he takes them in stride and probably has a back-up plan. He is really the ultimate, unapproachable jerk.
To add to this unapproachable aura, Omega has a very strange way of interacting with people. Where someone would say "You're an idiot" like a normal person, Omega would say "Your imbecility is quite apparent." He has a very high level of English (Ironic, as it's like his 178th language he's probably learned) and most of his vocabulary is built around calling someone insignificant and inferior. Another quote to give you an idea, "Your mortal hubris is quite possibly the grandest of displays as to why you're an ignoramus: you're in the presence of a god, yet you boast as though unknowing."
He also has a sadistic side that rarely comes out in normal scenarios. In fact, it typically comes out when he's dominating an opponent or disbelieves his opponent will win. He gets small quirks, like walking very slowly towards his opponent, while like this. The most common evidence of this is using a major weakness of the opponent repeatedly while never quite killing them with it, and him laughing. Boy does he laugh a lot when like this.

Appearance: Omega is not human (whoa, you don't say?). As far as the entirety of his body goes, it's covered by black metal skin and looks as though it was assembled. His torso is all one piece, but then it looks as though the legs were plugged onto the pelvis (so no alien booty for you). His arms also look as though they were a separate piece at one point, sort of how an action figure has that obvious line between the arm and torso. His neck does not look separate from the torso, but your character can probably change that (hahaha, you're so funny Malacal, you should be a comedian).
His head is large in the back and reaches to a point in the front. It's top is v-shaped and flat and pointed downward (like this thing's head except without the weird ball thing on top. He also has red, gem-like eyes where approximately a human's eyes would be if they had this weirdly shaped head. Below the top is the rest of the head which is larger in the back than in the front, and in the front Omega has a thin line showing that he does in fact have a mouth. His mouth is entirely toothless, and it is a mystery as to how he chews on food.
Down from their, Omega is wide in the shoulders relatively to the rest of his body. But, his shoulders are hardly anything impressive. They merely look impressive when compared to his midsection which is a mere 7 1/2 inches (about 19 centimeters for those countries who have some sense) across at where his belly button would be, which gets skinnier as you go down before then expanding outward slightly at the hips and then taking the shape of a normal human pelvis from there. Omega lacks genitals and is therefore genderless, although he is referred to as male because of how his voice sounds, his height, his lack of boobs, etc.
Moving away from Omega's pelvis, Omega's arms and legs are comparable in size to a young teen's. Specifically one who's shoulder's haven't extended outwards yet. The fingers and toes are also exceptionally pointy at the ends and very skeletal-looking.
Where his shoulder blades, is where he has his 8 tentacles, 4 to each shoulder blade. They are made up of numerous segments covered in metal, each about two-thirds an inch. These are all connected down until they reach about his ankles before then the last segment being a spike.

The crash of a galactic object can be heard followed by the waning of trees as they descend into their final moments. Smoke billows from the ashes of the former forest. After ages of waiting, the smoke clears to reveal a large circular object with a red "O" on it. To any knowledgeable creature, they'd tell you this was an escape pod from an alien spaceship, unfortunately many are not well versed in alien spaceships.

The pod's door, for lack of a better term, opened. A smoke-like gas spilled out as the atmosphere of the inside of the pod and Earth met. From the pod arose a creature of other-worldly origins. The CIA quickly was on the scene and threatened the creature while trying to coax the foreign thing towards a van. The creature stretched out his muscle. As he did this, the tentacles stretched and spread up and outward, like wings. Then a bullet struck it's knee.

The creature showed it's first sign of emotion with it's first phrase, "Insolence!"

The creature swung his right arm off to the side, motioning towards smoldering trees. As he motioned towards them, his tentacles extended fifty feet into the smoke before thrusting and sinking into the abyss' ground and finding some fleshy objects to pierce, "Your sins will be paid with your blood!"

Like a million fireworks going off in a grand spectacle the guns sprayed the creature. The creature identified the one shouting orders and trudged towards him. When he reach the leader, he shoved his hand into the agent's chest. After a few long grueling seconds of trudging through the man's chest, the creature seized his heart and tore it out of his chest. The creature then held it up for all to see and proceeded to eat the heart.

The agents began panicking and fleeing as they were realizing their death was imminent, the creature began impaling them with the extra appendages that adorned his back. He giggled the whole time he dragged himself back to his pod. When he made it to the pod, he reach in and pulled out a golden, circular object and held it sky-high, "Bow down to me! All hail Omega!"

The giggling transcended into mad laughter as Omega finished his massacred. By the end of it all, Omega was bathed in blood and decorated with flesh.

Once the forest fire ceased and the firing stopped, Omega pulled an agent to him who was still alive, out of Omega's mercy of course, "Go, tell everyone about what you have seen today and spread the word of my glory!"

Omega then released the agent, watching his struggle to flee. As the agent left the scene, Omega sat atop his ship and continued laughing, and doing nothing more.
