Abilities: Lightning speed, Lightning manipulation, (4 forms),
Neutral, Yellow Form(strength of a grown man and Lightning manipulation), Fire Form(Red Lightning and Fire manipulation),
Earth Form( slowed his top speed from speed of light to speed of
Sound, earth manipulation, no Lightning), and Water form (2× speed of light, Blue Lightning and water manipulation.

Weaknesses/Limitations: In his Water Form, he has one and a half of an arm, extreme heat dissipates his body, and in his Earth Form, he cannot manipulate Lightning and His top speed slows from “speed of light” to half of the speed of sound, he’s a kid so he is also vulnerable to girls, his bones aren't as strong and he is too afraid to kill, and finally, in his last two forms, he sometimes loses control and passes out.

Story: Joshua was an ordinary kid living his life, he was the only 13 year old in his 9th grade class.He was the fastest kid in school.
While jogging home, Lightning struck directly in front of him.
He grasped for breath as he sprawled onto the floor.But while he was breathing, he somehow managed to inhale particles from the Lightning. He got up, surprisingly and he felt better then he was before. Before he got home to his brother, Bleu, or Richard, he started having a seizure, sending him sprawling onto the floor once more. Richard came out to find his brother lying on the floor, motionless. He immediately took his brother to the hospital, where the doctor told him that his heart rate is 6,000 bpm, and that his metabolism skyrocketed from his last visit, 2 weeks ago.Little did Josh know, this “accident” was intended by a man from an elite clan, Devastation. This was a test for him to see which kid he tested would survive. Joshua was the one. He heard about the RHG clan and their members, Chris, Blaz3, and Delta, but there was a fourth member they never spoke of, which was part of his agreement to join. All Joshua knew was that he was an older man, in his late 50’s.This was the man to train him.”Do what you wish in any of your forms, for those scars shall remain in those forms until your death.” He warned Josh.This sounded very cryptic to him. Sure enough, while training in his water form that he could barely control, a shard of ice sliced his forearm completely off.From then, since he had only part of his arm, he decided to cut out part of his name, hence the name, Jay. One day, while walking down the street, he witnessed three men attemping to rob a woman. He had to react fast, so he dashed towards them, faster than he expected. He went for a right jab and knocked one of them clean out. Jay gave a clean uppercut to the second man’s jaw, breaking it. As the third man ran, Jay ran and delivered a straight punch to the last man’s back.The man immediately fell to the floor, motionless. Jay had broken his spine.
He stood there looking at the body as if it were going to move, but the man’s body didn't even twitch. Jay fell to the floor, traumatized at what he had done. From then, he promised never to kill for anyone's sake,not even his own…
