Well first off, put this thread in the general help section and not here.
Second, there are two ways. In the text editor there is an insert image button (the one with the tree). Once you click that you're able to enter the image url and it will come up.
The second way is to use BBCODE. It's basically the same thing just manual I guess. Using this code here: [img*]*insert image url here*[/img*] (removing the *).
