I was hoping if one of you could give me a download link to sound effects (including: punches,kicks,blood sounds and splats,swooshes, pain and screaming sounds, ETC...)

There's absolutely no shortage of free sound effects and everything you're asking for is extremely common so I'm not sure why you're struggling to find these on your own. But here's a good place to start:
