Tips for good Chaos start?

No offense but the Chaos early game is really weak. Crawlers can be animation-cancelled but are no match for swordwrath spam with a few archidons. The Juggerknight start is okay, but really slows the eco. Any tips to counter swordwrath massers? Castle Deads are basically useless since they do no damage besides the poison, allowing the enemy to drop the statue with 6-9 swordwrath and an archidon

How many crawlers do you usually make? You want to keep them alive until you have 4-5, then stream bombers. At your level many people do not split their swords so you can deal mass AoE (area on effect) damage relatively easily.

Well don't teach him things suited for his level, teach him things we use so he can excel.

Gradual improvement is better than overwhelming knowledge which will be difficult to incorporate at once.

Always be sure that after the fifth crawler that you are using your bombs to guarantee a kill against an enemy unit. With proper cat micro your opponent should be forced to remain out of groups of 4 into manageable clusters of 3 in which you can be rid of. If not, don't be afraid to back off momentarily to gather your bearings and protect your Eco into deads or wings as applicable.

Chaos early game is not weak. You just have to utilise your Crawlers very well. Buy 2 Miners and 2 Crawlers then stream Crawlers and don't let any die then stream Bombs and perhaps a few Crawlers especially if some are dying. You then need to tech into Mana and get ranged units and Juggs. You need to learn how to animation cancel and how to minimise damage your crawlers take from groups of swords via smart positioning.

It could be my rust but I believe it goes.

2c/2m into:

C-C-M-c-b-M-b and then alternate between m and b before around 1:30 where you should have some mana to tech into deads. (Give or take 15 seconds) ((same for wings))

Jugs should come after about the third ranged unit que or SLIGHTLY earlier if necessary.

Crawlers and bombs can dominate the early game, you just need good micro. And it varies depending on map size.

I use 5 crawlers-bomb stream on every map size. I find chaos to be easier to go about early game on shorter maps though. Less kiting distance for archers

Two Miners and Two Crawlers followed by 3 more cats then start on bombs(build eco while doing this too.).
