So I'm making an animation and I was hoping to get a few character ideas...preferably non super powered psyco killers...

Go make up your own, don't be lazy.

If you can't even come up with an idea for a single character I'd ask yourself why you want to get into this hobby in the first place

I can see why ur askin someone for advise cuz ur new but as they said it doesn't take a genious to come up with at least one idea about a character...
