Pretty nice work man! The clothing folds are pretty well placed and the overall color choices work alright. As far as critique goes, I would say work on establishing the light source using the whole form; the shadow puts the light source diagonally back and to the left, but some of the shading on the body (mainly the face, the sleeve, and the shoe in towards the front) puts the light source more up above and slightly to the left of the viewers point of view. Establishing a consistent light source can really help your drawings make a lot more sense and look a lot better to the person viewing it since they won't be perplexed wondering why somethings shaded the way it is in comparison to another part.
