I don't know but I can't confirm that you need 20 posts before you can put links in your posts because when I made my RHG my posts was about 16-18 posts so probably it needs 10-15 posts.

But it is, some said that it needs to be about 20 posts or more, I'm getting confused

Just try to create a new RHG thread if your posts are more than 10. If it won't show up then contact a moderator (pink-colored username) to approve your new RHG.
