How would you go about drawing from a low perspective?
by that I mean like a first person view and your head is at the base of some ones feet

I even googled and couldn't find any thing (shows how well I can look for things)

Low perspective, huh? Well I guess that's not very necessary in animating. I've been a while learning perspectives at my school, that this shouldn't be a bother. I think I can help you :)
