Maybe that's too confusing, but you have to be moving to the right/left AND jumping in order for them not to hit you. If you instantly move left and right while not taking your fingers off of the left/right keys, they will not hit you but you will stay relatively in the same spot.

Do you think I should change that? I've had a few other people be confused by that as well. If I changed that to only moving OR jumping, then I'll get rid of the red obstacles I guess.

Or just stick to the original UnderTale concept and make the orange not hit you as long as your moving.

I dunno what to do with the red obstacles now though.

Keep it.

Red requires you to be off the ground while orange just needs you to move.

But orange is just off the ground as well OR moving because jumping is moving. That's the problem you were having before, right?

Anyway, I updated it, removed them for now but left it in the code. I'll figure out what to do with it later.

Red = You have to be off the ground AND move in order to evade
Orange = You just need to move in order to evade, IRREGARDLESS whether you're on the ground or air.

It creates variation.

That's how it was before. You mean switch the colors?

*EDIT* Well the Red you just had to jump but still, I see what you're saying.

Wow.. This game is amazing... the soundtrack is good.. the attacks are neat, I love by the first 3 minutes of the game! :D

Well this game is very good
I love the soundtrack and I like everything Chara says when you die, especially the ":)". If you are gonna continue this game, maybe add a way you could fight back? that would be cool
