How do I add sound effects to my pivot animations
what program do I use?, where can I get sounds from?, Is there more than one method?, etc..

You can't directly add sounds into a pivot file. Best way to do it is to export it as a gif and edit it on a program that can import sound, like Windows Movie Maker or Final Cut Pro or something like that.
