It was decent, foot placement was good for the most part.

need to work on power/speed/shakiness/stiffness/fighting stances(posing)

Yes, I think I got foot placement now. Now I need to start to working on shakiness/stiffness (I will do both since they kinda go hand to hand with each other).

How do I show power? Also what do you mean by speed?

still a noob to animation buut I'll try to answer your questions

a bigger buildup (maybe?) and less frames during the movement (definitely) of the weapon, the hand or the foot, to the target will create more power and maybe solve the speed.

you are improving though
