Taking the blade somewhat gingerly, Tyler held it up in front of himself as he examined the engravings. "Guess I better save revealing what this does for when I really need to use it. Thanks again."
Turning back towards the site, Tyler sheathed his sword as he started jogging over towards Anec and Reiki. "Hey! Apparently, to join a party, you say: 'I join the party of ...' and it happens automatically. Lets get that done with now and then find John so we can get started. Anec, could you explain to Reiki what you had in mind?"

I suppose an enemy will have to do. A bear calls for a lung or head kill shot. John took aim and launched two bolts, one at the bear's head, and one at the bear's front most paw; one for a kill, and one as a fail safe.

The bear ducked low to the ground, the headshot zooming over its scalp and embedding itself in a tree. The second arrow smacked into the bear's ankle. Rearing back onto its rear paws, the beast swiped at John, slamming its claws into his side and launching the archer into a trunk.
Not too much damage was dealt, but John feels it.

"I JOIN THE PARTY OF TYLER!... that was the most retarded thing I have ever said. They should probably change it to a UI thing."

Not bothering to restrain himself, Tyler started laughing. "I agree... Funny as h#ll though."

"Alright, I just hit three. Seems like I can shoot three arrows at once now. Neat. This is an awesome ability. Now we just need you to level up. How much experience do you need?"

Oberon held up two fingers. "But maybe I should take point this time. You can take down wolves easily, but being that this is a forest, I'm sure that there's more than just wolves." He held his shield in his left hand and used his right to clear the path in front of him, snapping branches like twigs and gnashing leaves to pulp, ripping apart an opening through the thicket.

Anec's right head took a deep breath, before looking towards the sky. His right head closed it's eyes, and bellowed out "I HEREBY ISSUE A PROCLAMATION, FOR I HAVE JOINED THE PARTY OF TYLER." Anec's right head said while swinging back and forth as violently as possible, before eventually devolving into laughter.

"He probably made it that way soley for the hilarity of it." Anec's left head said while shaking back and forth. "Anyway, we should probably go into the forest, gain a few levels, maybe obtain some new equipment before we even attempt to challenge the first dungeon. Only Aj knnows what unholy abomination has decided to take up residence there." Anec continued.

After he was done saying all of that, he pointed in the direction opposite of the castle with the dragonfire crossbow. "That direction would be a good place to start as any, wouldn't you two agree?"

"While I would normally agree with you Anec, this has become something very close to a race. See, I imagine Noah and Oberon have little intention to work with us at the moment. Not to mention, first come first serve for the dungeon. In this situation, I would prefer if we farm relatively near the castle to save time." Tyler sighed. "Before all that though, we need to find John."

Damn. I was stupid thinking it would be that easy. Climbing seems to be an obvious solution, but perhaps too obvious? I'll use that if I need to. Getting up and running away, John turned around and sent three waves of three bolts towards the bear. "You can't dodge them all, can ya?," laughed John, and then he did a double take. Wait, what? First off, why am I talking to an animal? Second of all, why am I talking to an animal when it is attempting to kill me? I guess the sugar is wearing off.

The bear was hit by two bolts, the first slamming into its neck and the second into its shoulder. Roaring in outrage, the bear charged John, lowering its head as it attempted to smash him up against a tree.

John attmepted to jump the bear, pulling out his bayonet and a bolt, and shoving both downwards, hoping to hit the base of the bear's skull.

" How about we split up into the forest to look for John? Once one of us finds him, we can call up the chat to coordinate our trek towards the castle from there." Anec said while pacing back and forth among his new party, examining the forest around them behind his magnifying monocles.

"Or, one of us could go and look for him while the others go and level grind around the dungeon." Anec continued, awaiting his companion's response.

Tyler nodded. "That sounds like a good plan. Since I'm currently the highest level between the three of us, I'll go look for John. You two combo well together anyway, so I doubt you'll have much trouble as it is." He then turned around towards the direction he last saw John leave from before. "We're eating up too much time. Let's finish the rest of our conversation on the chat."

Briskly jogging away to find John, Tyler raised a gauntleted hand in a wave as he opened party chat with the other.
