As Mister Simons grabbed her hand, Maria got confused. Why were those people so confident with her. It was disgusting. She felt like people there weren't treating her with the respect she deserved. But things happened fast, and AJ did enphasize on how much this event was "exclusive". After the handshake Maria pulled her hand back.

"Eh, thank you for having me. I'm eager to hear the details of this project. Now if you excuse me." she said stepping away from the group. She walked farther along the staircase and leaned against the rail on the right side. With a smooth move she slipped her hand into the back pocket of her pants and pulled out a pack of cigarettes and a lighter. In a moment she lit up one a took a deep puff, closing her eyes as she enjoyed the taste of her Davidoffs.

Tyler makes his way over to AJ after a brief pause.
"Excuse me, Mr. Simons... Before the whole introduction begins, would you mind filling us all in on how long this 'beta' test will presumably take? I don't actually recall that being clarified."
Tyler raises an eyebrow inquisitively a slight distance as he waits for a response, expression otherwise presenting himself to be mostly content with the situation.

Reiki, not getting a response, backs off. He realizes he needs friends and not enemies. He hangs out on the curb waiting for the beta test to begin, playing the old classic "LoZ: Wind Waker" on his iVR (Apple VR device).

John sat in the corner, doing various mental excercises in an attepmt to wake up, but was interrupted by a man walking in. The man walked over to John and said, "My name is David, I'm an employee of AJ Simons. Mr. Simons would like you to be outside so we may start the tour."

John went red in the face and began cursing himself under his breath. You knew the freaking thing was today yet, you insisted on an all nighter you idiot. To David, he said, "Sorry David, I'll be right out." After David left, he smacked himself in the face and went out. Seeing Simons, he walked up to greet him. "Hello Mr. Simons, I'm apologize for my transgression, I made several poor choices last night and wasn't as aware as I would have liked."

Person is the type of guy who enjoys company, so he decides to greet a few people first. He walks over to to a guy wearing a T-shirt and sweatpants near the curb. "Hey," he says, waiting for a response. "I'm Person McPerson. Nice to meet you, what's your name?"

Reiki removes his headset and begins to speak. "Hi! I'm Reiki!" Reiki says. Realising that Person must've just not heard him, Reiki is relieved to start things over. "So, I'm thinking on what I want my avatar to be like. What do you want yours to be?" Reiki asks, hoping that he can get some inspiration.

Ravine realized they were introducing themselves to each other. She decided to wander off. She figited with her "headband" and pushed her glasses up her nose before walking off down the building.

Maria slowly puffed her cigarette, scanning the contestants she was paired with. Everybody was of high caliber, each partecipant being an ace in their category. That made clear that this event was something out of the ordinary. As her eyes wandered, they stopped onto a young woman, approaching the building's staircase. Maria didn't take long to recognise who that was.

"I appreciate your drive, Silver. Glad to have someone like you on board. Your nick for.knowledge might help us greatly." She stated, smoking the last bit of her cigarette.

Kai stood there, still trying to avoid everyone. However, Kai didn't like waiting. He rather liked to get things over with, so he had the same feelings for this. He slowly walked up to Simons. "Uh, hi, um, do you have like, an, uh, approximate time for when this...thing, will start?" he asked, darting his eyes around with every pause. He wanted any kind of answer quickly so he could get away from all of these people.

Person speaks to Reiki. "I want to be a black stick figure with a yellow head! I know, I know, not very creative as some would say, but I like it. Any sort of avatar is fine, as long as it's not some generic dragon or something. If you're going to be a dragon, at least make it somewhat unique, not just a winged fire-breathing giant dragon. Make it do something others cannot do." Person scanned the scenery, then said "Pretty nice day, huh? Wonder how awesome this Dungeons game is going to be. The hype is killing me."

Tyler halfway glances over in Kai's direction without turning his head at all for a brief moment, expression remaining the same as before. He then shifts his vision back to AJ as he waits for the answer to his own question.

"Yeah, the hype is real," Reiki states excitedly. "EUREKA!" Reiki's face goes into a wide grin. "Black and yellow! That's an amazing color scheme! You're a genius!" Reiki begins to ramble. "Hmm, I want a sword. I want a halberd, too. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to have both... Wait, have you seen the show RWBY?" A bigger grin spreads across Reiki's face, his eyes full of joy and wonder.

AJ nodded in compliance to John's answer. "No problem, Mr Sharp, you're alright." He smiled to him and nodded another time for reassurance, then turned to Tyler, who had asked a question he most expected.
He stood up straight and pushed his sunglasses further up his nose, answering thus, "How long? I'd say only a few days, at most a week, it's quite a long game, but not too long. Don't worry though. All your time won't be entirely spent in the game, there's a bunch of needed amenities inside the building."

He then turned to Kai, and walked a bit closer, whispering, "I can see you're uncomfortable, but don't worry, there's only a tour, then you can start the game."

AJ walked uncomfortably close to Kai, and then stated exactly that. Thankfully, he did actually answer his question, so Kai gave an awkward smile, nodded, and retreated backwards. A tour. That means I have to spend more time with these people. Ugh. were his thoughts. He half unzipped his hoodie, feeling a bit warm now, and leaned back against the railing.

Ravine was a bit freaked out. The founder of Aria Gaming was talking to her. She stuttered a "thanks" and scootched off. Later, she was whispering to herself,"Technically it's SilverDama. Doesn't matter. Yes it does, that's the official name on the YouTube channel. Screw the channel. Screw you." She was standing on one leg for some reason. She returned to standing normally, then promptly skipped down a hallway.
